Finally the weekend. For most people it was time for relaxation and spending time with friends and family. Barbecues, family dinners, parties you name it.
Well those things Jisoo never got to experience. When she was young her mom would work from early in the morning till night. Her dad on the other hand was an addict.
Jisoo would always find her father drinking in the couch of their small apartment.
But before he became an addict he was a great dad. He would take Jisoo to the park, buy her ice cream, and would always make jokes for the both of them to laugh at.
All of that changed when she was 10. Her parents had loads of debt once her grandparents died.
Since then everything changed. A happy family turned into a dysfunctional family. One was working, one was drunk, and the other was alone and searching for her purpose.
Jisoo dearly missed the days of her youth. The days where there was nothing to worry about. The days where she could truly smile and be happy.
During late nights at the convenience store she would think about how her life could've been if she wasn't in the state she was in.
Would she have been happier? Would she have achieved her dreams? Would she have a life without worries?
All the questions would fill her head distracting her from her job. Then it was back to studying and working.
But it was Saturday morning. At this time Jisoo is on the bus half awake waiting for the bus to head to her stop.
Her head constantly falling down due to how drowsy she was. After 10 minutes she was at her stop. She walked a flight of stairs and head to her apartment.
She heads straight to the shower to wash up and get rid of the smell of instant ramen that was on her shirt. Now she was a little more awake. She heads out and puts on a t shirt and some ripped shorts and heads to her room. She grabbed her uniform out of her bag and washes her uniform to be prepared for later on tonight.
After 30 minutes of doing chores she could finally sleep. She plopped herself right on her bed and started to slowly drift to sleep.
Now you know the life of Kim Jisoo. But there is more. Now we will see the life of Kim Jennie.
At the age of 4 she moved to New Zealand. There she learned English and was able to make many friends and teach them about the Korean culture.
At age 18 she moved back to Korea. Her mother was a owner of a small shop called Me and you. It was a shop made for those who needed a place to study and work. There you could be supplies for school, coffee, and buy snacks to eat. On the other hand her father was a lawyer for one of the biggest companies in Korea.
Jennie's child hood was like any normal child hood. She didn't have to struggle with money, she didn't have to work at this age, she was completely free.
When Jennie came back to Korea she decided to study business so that maybe one day she can take over her mother's business.
It was rough coming back to Korea having spent most of you life in a different country. But everything new to Jennie was like another adventure. Another thing to learn, more places to see, and more things to eat.
As for relationship wise Jennie never dated anyone which is surprising for someone so beautiful. Sure there were many offers but it was always from guys.
It wasn't that she had problems with men. Jennie always was attracted to girls. She never really thought of guys as her type.
Jennie would imagine the person she was destined to be a girl who was around her age, hard working, a person with a caring heart, and some who would love her just the way she was.
It was all she ever dreamed of.
A/N: Made this chapter a little different from the first two chapters. Hope you guys enjoy ❤️
