it was the last day of the week and the voting for the student council had ended. jaemin had his usual talk with chenle while also gossiping more about the details that happened yesterday with renjun. he should be forgetting about renjun, at least that's what he was trying to do yesterday but here we go again.

chenle and jaemin had just left the canteen and was on their way to the waiting area.

"he asked me if I was feeling better from before and then-" jaemin was cut off by chenle who stopped his tracks. he grabbed jaemin's arm and pointed at the person who was standing at the gate.

renjun.

"let's play it cool," chenle said.

they proceeded walking and jaemin hoped to catch renjun's attention. disappointed that he didn't, he still felt relieved after walking past the blonde.

the two sat on a bench and continued their chat.

"do you want to hear something crazy?" chenle asked.

"suuureee"

"he's actually my bus mate. do you want to come with me to the bus and like drop me off to catch a glimpse of him and say hello?" the green hair suggested.

jaemin looked at renjun's direction and saw that he wasn't wearing his uniform.

"he seems like he's not going to use the bus today"

chenle tapped jaemin's shoulder and pointed at someone, "his brother is heading to the bus without him, it seems that you're right"

"it's fine. it's not that big of a deal"

chenle saw his other bus mates and bid his goodbye with jaemin before he gets forgotten by the bus driver.

"just stay where you are so he notices you!" chenle then got swallowed by the distance, leaving jaemin behind.

jaemin sat there, alone. he doesn't like it and so he looked left and right and saw his classmate. he walked over and started a conversation.

"hey daphne!" the smiley boy waved.

with his overwhelming feelings for renjun, he told daphne about his feelings. daphne chuckled while listening to jaemin's stories. jaemin then started fidgeting and went to look over renjun's direction. he wouldn't have actually thought that renjun was looking back. though jaemin wasn't wearing his glasses and his vision was very blurry because of it, he waved to the senior and the latter waved back. his day ended awfully beautiful because of renjun, yet again.
