Jazmine POV

Kissing Harj on his cheek I got out of bed and pulled my hair into a high bun and tied the ribbon of my gown tightly as I went into the kitchen to make breakfast. I cracked two eggs and threw in some spices and vegetables on top of the cheese. As the toast pops I pull it out of the toaster and spread the avocado, I previously peeled and mashed, onto the toasted bread. I hear Harjit coming into the kitchen and just as I expected I see him walking out of the room scratching his head and yawning adorably.

"Morning love." he gently greeted me as he walked in to join me at the counter. He took a seat on one of the chairs and he pulled the plate I set out for him closer. He poured himself some orange juice and I went to go and grab some milk from the fridge for the cereal.

Finishing our breakfast Harj and I decided to get done and do something fun today, we considered vlogging but decided just to have the day to ourselves. I pulled my cropped top over my arms and slipped on some leggings. Harjit walked into the room and picked me up playfully and threw me onto the bed, laughing I asked,

"Babe? What..*giggles* are you *giggles* doing?"

"Nothing. I'm just messing around with you. And also I think you should change into something a  bit 'prettier' because we're going out today and I think we should spend the whole day out."

"Okay.." I say making a new suggestion as I manage to get out of his grip and into a crossed legged position on the bed, "Then I will set up a list of things that we can do today and then you can approve it and we can get started. how does that sound?" I continued as I began kissing him on his forehead.

"Perfect love. I love you so much." He said sweetly as he pushed my hair behind my ears and pecked my lips.

"I love you too."

I grabbed some paper and a pen and began writing down some of things we could do today. We haven't had a day like this in forever and I am really excited.

Harjit's POV

Jaz sits next to me on the couch as I look through the list she just put together:

JAZ AND HARJ - HAPPY DAY LIST

1. Hike

2. Brunch at a restaurant

3. Get smoothies and go feed the ducks at the dam

4. Get lunch

5. Dancing at a fancy place

6. Dinner at a fancy restaurant - reservation only

7. Movie and popcorn at home

" 'Happy Day' ??" I ask Jaz, laughing.

"Ya babe. Don't you want to have a happy day?"

"sure. Okay. ha ha." I'm going to go and get done now.

I decide to wear some shorts and a tank top with some Nikes.  I grab my keys and we drive over to the hiking site near us.

The hike was lovely and I am so looking forward to brunch. We decided on going to Pancake Palace. I ordered a double order of pancakes and an extra layer of chocolate and cream. Jaz got a fruit platter and a lemonade.

Jazmine's POV

We just finished brunch and we're heading back home to shower and get ready for the walk at the dam. I am still so full from brunch I don't know if I am going to be able to chug down a smoothie right now, but I will try since seen we following every detail of the list today.

Walking along the river bank Harjit and I decided to play 'I spy'. We stayed at the dam for about two or three hours before heading back home to relax and chill at home before we go out for lunch.

Its been about an hour or so and we are getting ready to go out for lunch. It's really hot outside so I decided to put on a summer dress. I pulled out my dress with the red, white and blue flowers and decided to wear my strap sandals. I pulled my white sling bag across my chest as I grab my phone I feel my feet being lifted off the ground and feel myself being spun around in the air. I laugh loud as I realise its obviously Harj and he kisses my cheeks as he spins me around countless times and I stick my arms out into the air. I eventually wrap my arms around his neck and as our lips part I tell him that we have to go or else we won't have time left to do anything else we had planned. He laughs adorably and places me back on the ground.

In the parking lot now and as we pulling out Harjit decides to blast the radio with 'Someone to you'. I throw my hands up into the air and dance hard to the music....I scream the lyrics out of the window when we get onto the highway, people stare and laugh but I don't care because Harj sings with me.

Harjit's POV

We order our lunch and as we're waiting Jaz looks at me with the sweetest look in the world and I reach over to kiss her cheek and she blushes and jokingly puts the menu in front of her face and does a display of cute actions with her eyebrows.

Our food arrives and Jaz's eyes widen so much and I laugh lightly at the adorable sight. She looks at me knowing what I was laughing at and giggles too, blushing.

We finish lunch and head to the booking that I made at a dancing place. It is starting to get dark and we are both completely tired.

"Love?" I say to Jaz

"Yes baby?"

"Do you maybe want to skip dinner tonight and just jump straight to the movie and popcorn?"

"Oh. haha." She laughs nervously.

"It's okay if you still want to go hun, I just figured we're both really tired so maybe we just chill together tonight?"

"No. I'm not mad. You're right, I am honestly so so dead. I just didn't want to give up on the list and show defeat to you."

Jazmine's POV

Just finished the most tiring dance session and I am so glad Harj decided to cancel dinner because honestly all I am looking forward to right now is chilling with him and having popcorn and M&M's.

We arrived home and we went to shower and decided to match with our pajamas. We got under the blanket on the couch and he turned on Netflix.
