Scene: Murthy Mansion – Evening

Arhaam and Zyaan were busy with their toys in the living room when Cabir entered, holding some snacks.

Cabir: “Champions! Time to eat something before you both turn the whole mansion upside down.”

Zyaan’s eyes sparkled and he immediately ran to Cabir, hugging his waist tightly.

Zyaan: “Buddy! I missed you so much. You didn’t call me for so many days!”

Cabir bent down, lifting him up effortlessly.

Cabir: “Arre baba, I was stuck in work. But now I’m here — and guess what, I’m not going anywhere soon.”

Zyaan placed a small kiss on Cabir’s cheek.

Arhaam (teasingly): “Zyaan… you love Cabir uncle more than me!”

Zyaan (innocently but honestly): “Of course I do! He’s my hero.”

Cabir chuckled, kissing Zyaan’s forehead, but Nandini — who was silently watching from the corner — felt her throat tighten. Seeing Cabir’s affection, his ease with children, his bond with Zyaan… it made her heart ache.

She whispered to herself: “How easily he loves him… how easily Zyaan belongs to him. If only things were this simple for Arhaam too…”

Arhaam tugged Cabir’s hand.

Arhaam: “Uncle, play football with us na! You’ll be the referee.”

Cabir: “Referee? No way. I’m joining Zyaan’s team. Sorry Arhaam, but your Madhowala already booked me.”

Zyaan cheered loudly and clung to Cabir’s neck.

Zyaan: “See, I told you — Buddy is always mine.”

Cabir smiled warmly, tightening his hold on the boy.

From a distance, Manik observed carefully. He noticed the natural affection Zyaan had for Cabir, but what caught his sharp eye was the way Nandini’s expressions changed. Her moist eyes, her forced smile, her sudden silence — they weren’t normal.

Manik thought to himself: “Why does she look like that whenever Cabir and this kid are together? What’s she hiding from us? And why do I feel… something is not right?”

The kids’ laughter filled the mansion, but behind that laughter — questions, emotions, and hidden truths began to rise silently.

---Perfect! Let’s craft this scene where Arhaam’s habits subtly mirror Manik’s, Nandini notices it, and Manik finally has a face-to-face confrontation with Nandini. I’ll make it dramatic, emotional, and layered.

Scene: Murthy Mansion – Afternoon

Arhaam was sitting at the study table, scribbling in his notebook, tapping his pen against the surface in a rhythm only he seemed to hear.

Nandini, passing by, paused mid-step. Her heart skipped a beat.

“Why does he do that?” she thought. “That tapping… it’s exactly like Manik used to do when he was thinking… the same impatience, the same rhythm…”

She walked closer, pretending to check something on the table.

Nandini (softly, almost to herself): “Arhaam… are you sure you’re not copying someone?”
