Okay. So before we dive into this story, let me tell you a few things:
1) I am a hardcore Gelphie shipper. So, in essence, I feel that Elphaba and Glinda should have ended up together. If you object to this, then don't read this story
2) I hate Fiyeraba with an unadulterated passion. I just don't feel the chemistry there. I could rant on about why I hate it, but this isn't the time for it.
3) This is strictly musicalverse. So there could be hints to the book, but mostly quotes and not plot elements
4) All Wicked characters belong to Gregory Maguire, Universal, Stephen Schwartz and basically whoever owns them. Leave me and my gay ship alone! Also, I own any characters that you might not recognise from either version.
5) This isn't fluff. It's going to get dark, intense, angsty and heavy. I can't say anything about the end though. You'll have to read the actual story for it.
