The Unexpected

Chapter 1: Ashley

  
Ashley's POV:
   I heard a knock on the door, can't they just allow me sleep for how long I want to, like I just --- my thoughts were interrupted by another knock on my door
  "Urrghh come in" I said
" Ashley its time to wake up " Someone said it sounded like my twin  brother or my sister, its hard to tell when am sinked into my pillow.
  " Ash, did u hear me, I said its time to wake up" Yup its definitely my sister
   " I heard you, but why must I " I said with a groan.
  " Because breakfast is ready sleepy head "
   Yahhhh with those words I jumped out of bed to see my lovely sister standing by the doorway, I hugged her and said "good morning sis"
  " Morning my crazy little girl" she said with a kiss on my cheek
As we walked down the stairs I warned her to stop calling me little because for Christ sake am going to be 18 in 2 days  time and my lovely sister just smiled in return

As we approached our dinning table and I smiled at the sight, My brother is already sits in my favorite spot I rolled my eyes*he's such a trouble maker*

" Mmmm my little sister is here" he said...Damn it can't they get over it already
"Hey Clinton" I took a sit close to him and grabbed my fork "And if  u call me little again I swr I will put this fork  in  your nose, like seriously am your Twin sister"
  " ouuuu am soo scared and yes I know we twins but am older with  4 good minutes " my annoying brother said
   "Pfffttt" I rolled my eyes at his attitude
"Alright you guys that's enough for the hour who's hungry!!!" My sister announced
  "Meeeee" me and my twin said in unison
  And my sister is just the best she made waffles with honey on top, who can better than my sister in cooking this...wait a minute anything literally!!!
  I digged into my breakfast and finished with speed of light
"Woah that was fast" my sister said

"Mhmmmm its my favorite and by the way I was hungry"I said licking the dripping honey from my finger I said thank you and went to wash the plate before they tell me am doing the dishes today I definitely don't want to ...hehe jokes on them now.
  Just as am about to leave the kitchen my brother tries to bribe me in doing the chores today
" My best sister in the world" he started
" what do you want now!"
"Please just help me do my chores for today please I'll pay u any amount please!!!!!!" He said with said with puppy dog eyes, obviously he failed miserably
" what kind of sister will I be if I help you Clinton, No boy that act doesn't work on me sorry!!!" I said and Ran up the stairs as fast as I could

Laying on my bed thinking about my life when I leave this house and go to college but am still in Grades 12 tho  just remaining 2 and a half month ts   then I'll be graduating from High school "can't wait" I said aloud
Before I realise what am doing I started walking around my little room then I spotted a family picture with me my mum, Danielle and Clinton but we were much smaller then... I didn't even realize when I started to cry until a tear dropped , just then someone came in

"Ughh Ash?"
"Yhh am in here" my voice came out as a sob
"Are u OK? " my sister asked
  I was silent because my voice can betray me again, she came closer and gave me a comforting hug, I continued to sob more and more while she pat my hair
" its OK shh everything's fine"
" I know " pulling out of her hug " I just wish they were around to see me enter college in a matter of months "

"They can,they see everything from up there " she said with a soft voice
 
I looked up at her  and she had an approving smile on her face and suddenly I feel much better
We sat on my bed and we started talking about my birthday that's coming up in a few days, we talked about girls stuff and things like that  until my brother came without knocking or being a little bit polite

"Sup"
  We just stared at him standing there
"What!!! Am I some monster or what, come on continue gossiping about how awesome your brother is"

"Firstly we weren't gossiping, Second even if we were why we will talk about you like seriously???" I said

And my sister joined " what's that last part??? Awesome ? *laughs*  you think you're Awesome? " we both laugh and she continue "ohhh I sooo pity that girl that will love you "

"Ohhh really why will u pity her because your afraid she will get too awesome "

"Ohh Clinton go and do something, finish your house chores before you start troubling us" my sis said and j nod in agreement

"Seriously guys have u even looked t the time today at all??" He said in shock

Come to think about we haven't we were just talking and talking, I grabbed my phone and looked at the time " wow its 9:38pm how time flies "

"Sooo don't you think I most have finished my chores by now"

"Well no cause your lazy"me and my sis causally said

"Your right tho but I had some help from the Thompson's family" Those are our neighbours
