Every second the doctors took in the emergency room, the more anxious Kim Sunmi got. The more she got scared for her son, Kim Hongjoong.

Her son was suffering, his worst nightmare coming true and here she was outside, unable to comfort her son.

"Ms. Kim, if we do not get a donor in the next three hours-" Dr. Seo paused, unwilling to reveal the cruel truth to a desperate mother, just trying to save her son.

"He will die." Even the doctor couldn't bear it and just let out those haunting words he had been telling countless friends, families and loved ones. "No it can't be, it can't." Finally Sunmi broke down, tears she held in to stay strong.

"He-" She just couldn't bring herself to complete her sentence, and accept the horrific truth.

He was going to die

"Sogun no!" Sooki ran across the road, as fast and her legs could take her to reach her wounded boyfriend.

Her boyfriend had gotten into an accident just when she went to bring ice cream for the two.

"Park Sogun! You can't leave me." She knelt next to him and tried to stop the blood loss. "Sooki!" Her best friend, Kim Leehyun also ran to her best friend while calling the ambulance.

"Sooki, are you okay?" Leehyun comforted her broken best friend, crying while her boyfriend hung between life and death.

It only took the ambulance a few minutes to arrive and escort Sogun away. "Please save him." Sooki kept shouting, as she also got into the ambulance. She kept hoping her boyfriend, the love of her life, and her partner in crime would survive.

Before she realised, they had reached the hospital and his stretcher was taken into an emergency room.

Dr. Seo came from his last operation hoping this wouldn't be as bad.

Sooki could only watch from outside, her Sogun's dire condition. She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned around to meet Sogun's dad, Park Taesook.

"Taesook ssi, Sog- Sogun is-" This was the second time Sooki was breaking down and she didn't want to admit it but she was scared something would happen to him. Even a brave soul like Park Sogun could die and she was scared to see it happen.

"It's okay Ki-" Mr. Park couldn't finish his sentence as the doctor walked out.

"Your son is no more."

This broke the father and the already shattered girl's heart, though the father stayed strong the girl couldn't. But before the doctor could go Taesook held the doctor's sleeve.

The doctors eyes widened as the father pulled out Sogun's donor card. "How did- your son-" The doctor couldn't form proper sentences.

He clearly couldn't save one life then maybe he could save another. Sooki looked and her eyes also doubled in size. "When-"

"I hope you agree with this?" The doctor just had to have the family's consent, which he received as the father nodded. "What blood group?" The doctor asked ready to go in.

"B"

The doctor rushed back inside to start the operation again.

"When did Sogun do this?" Sooki questioned, as she stood up, wiping, her tears. "When you went to Tokyo." Taesook replied.

"He was always a generous one. Didn't think he would be generous enough to give up an organ." Sooki laughed as she thought how even after dying her boyfriend, continued doing good deeds.
