We finally made it to the training area. It waas right in front of a temple. The ground was made of stone and had symbols and pictures of wat seemed to be a war. "Are you guys ready?" "I don't know about Watinsi but I'm ready." "Oh ha ha very funny. I'm ready Yonu." "Okay then. Just a warning, when you guys put your gloves on you might faint." I looked at Lafrane and back at my gloves. Then we put them on. As soon as I put them on a burst of energy exerted from my body, a bright blue light filled my own eyes. I felt like I was in the deep depths of the ocean. After ten or so seconds I regained conciousness again. When I did, I looked over at Lafrane and saw that his eyes were not brown anymore, they turned into a bright mix of red, orange, and yellow. "Watinsi your eyes are shining a bright blue." "Your eyes are like a burning fire." We then looked over at Yonu and he was holding a book. "This will tell you how to use and control your powers." He told us to sit down on the stone ground. "First thing to learn is how to exert your power properly." "But before we start, I have water Elemental properties." "Not properties, but you are the life of all water. You control all water and ice that is on Earth. Lafrane can change and control all fire, lava, and even temperature. Anyways lets get to work. In your bags is an assortment of items. There is a leather wallet that has some human money." "Some money there is... one thousand dollars in each of our wallets!" "Well we don't know how much things cost in your world, so we got as much as we could." "How did you get it anyway." "That we cannot tell you, because I don't know. Anyways, there is some stuff to help you if you get hurt. I also put a copy of this book in your bag so that you could study. Most exciting is your new clothes and boots." "But I thought the shoes wouldn't be done until tomorrow." "Well yeah, but he put his other shoes on hold and made yours first. If you guys want to put your clothes on now you can." We grabbed our clothes out of the bags and ran into the old temple to change into the new clothes. "Wait, don't go in...there." Yonu was trying to warn us about going into the temple, but we were so excited we didn't listen to him.
