•What's in this chapter is a flashback to when Shae turned 7
•————————•
I was having my birthday party, gifts were being set onto a table, cake was being cut, and all the more. My dad was getting me dressed for my party. I still remember the dress. It was a basic, green,Sunday dress.

But then I heard sirens.
And then I saw red and blue lights.

My dad hurriedly took me into his arms, peeking out fo the window. The police were outside with guns and dogs. I remember trying to grab the dogs because I never seen one before. But then my dad hushed me and hid me in a bed with pillows and blankets. He rushed out the door.

I got out of the bed and looked outside from the door. I saw the police harshly grabbing our Lady by her wrists. They slammed her over the dashboard of the car.

"Let me go! I am nothing but a holy woman! I lead many people, unhand me at this instant!" Our Lady cried out. Her mask chipped and the police ripped it off. Our Lady screamed loud and clear. "AaaAGHH!! GET OFF OF ME!" I've never seen our Lady be so loud and not gentle.

The police stuffed her into the car. Then I saw them chase towards me, suddenly the door was slammed shut. I hid in the bed, starting to cry. I heard loud, heavy, male voices scream.

"Step foreword and raise your arms! NOW!" One man screamed.
"Please! Don't shoot!" I knew that voice.

I stopped crying and stayed still. It was. . My dad. They were holding him in front of the door! I didn't want the police to shoot him, I didn't I didn't..

The voices came back. I heard a loud bang on the door.

And another.

And another.

And then I heard creaking. . .

After a couple hours, it was just silence. No more screaming, no more loud voices.
No more nothing.

I got out of the bed and slowly freaked open the door. I saw my dad's jacket there in front of me. I slowly took it into my hands, my fake tiara sliding off of my hair and clicking onto the floor.

My cold feet was touching the polished floor boards. I could feel my whole body growing cold at the sight of my dad's jacket alone. I've never seen it off of him or anywhere besides on him. I dropped to my knees and was hugging it tightly. I cried my heart into that jacket.

I sat there and cried. And that was all I did.
