1. "If This Be My Destiny Part 1"- An adaptation of the comic with the same name.

2. "If This Be My Destiny Part 2"- An adaptation of the comic with the same name.

3. "If This Be My Destiny Part 3"- An adaptation of the comic with the same name.

4. "Hydro-Man"- MJ's ex-boyfriend Morris Bench arrives back into her life with new water powers and tries to win her back. After she rejects his advances saying that she has a boyfriend Peter Parker. Morris goes after Peter.

5. "Your Wish is Granted"- Peter gets a message from some parents saying that their daughter is a big fan of Spider-Man and would love to meet him soon. Peter decides to visit the girl and begins talking to her. Meanwhile Kingpin injects a thug called Yuri Topolov with a serum called Gargoyle.

6. "Kravens Last Hunt Part 1"- An adaptation of the comic with the same name.

7. "Kravens Last Hunt Part 2"- An adaptation of the comic with the same name.

8. "Mirage"- Peter must face a new supervillain in the form of Mirage, a woman who can make people hallucinate.

9. "Crimemaster"- Peter has an encounter with regular criminals when the gangster known as Crimemaster becomes obsessed with defeating Peter. Meanwhile, Peter is forced to deal with J. Jonah Jameson, who is printing news stories which call him a menace.

10. "Sin"- Peter faces off against a new villain known as Sin-Eater, who, as his name implies, is able to consume people's sin and grow stronger while doing so.

11. "Magic of Mysterio"- Spider-Man must once again face off against his old foe Quinten Beck aka Mysterio. Meanwhile Peter tries to get a job at the daily bugle.

12. "The Sinister Six Part 1"- Kingpin puts together a team of six of Spider-Mans most deadliest enemies. Doctor Octopus, Vulture, Scorpion, Mysterio, Rhino and Shocker.

13. "The Sinister Six Part 2"- After being defeated by the Sinister Six, Peter heads to MJ and asks for her help in defeating the dasterdly group. Meanwhile the Sinister Six believe they can take Kingpins empire from under him.
