1. "The Wedding"- Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson are about to tie the knot, but when Harry Osborn finds out, he escapes his mental institution and becomes Green Goblin.With plans to ruin Peter and MJs big day.

2. "I Object"- Hydro-Man returns with plans to win Mary Jane over. But when he finds out that she's married to the same man he couldn't kill last time. He loses it and tries to kidnap MJ, while also killing Peter.

3. "Glee"- Peter finds out about a strange drug known as Glee which causes the user to feel no pain what so ever. He decides to investigate and finds out the man making the Glee is none other than the Tombstone himself.

4. "Maximum Carnage Part 1"- An adaptation of the comic with the same name.

5. "Maximum Carnage Part 2"- An adaptation of the comic with the same name.

6. "Cat burglar"- While on patrol Spider-Man comes across a theft calling herself The Black Cat.

7. "Sable International"- While rounding up the remaining inner demons, Spider-Man comes across Silver Sable and her Men.

8. "The Prowler"- Spider-Man comes across small time thug Aaron Davis. Whose trying to make a name for himself.

9. "On Ice"- Thanks to Prowlers information Spider-Man goes after the crime boss called Iceberg.

10. "The City That Never Sleeps"- Hammerhead returns with all of Silvermanes men and equipment.

11. "Secret Wars Part 1"- Spider-Man is pulled from New York to help a group of heroes on another world defeat some of the toughest villains he has ever seen.

12. "Secret Wars Part 2"- With Abomination delt with the band of heroes run into two very dangerous foes. Doctor Octopus and Doctor Doom.

13. "Secret Wars Part 3"- Only one more villain stands between the heroes and freedom. The Red Skull.

14. "Goodbye Part 1"- Harry Osborn escapes once again and tries to kill aunt may.

15. "Good Luck Part 2"- After having his identity revealed by Green Goblin, Peter has to deal with all the attention he's getting. Meanwhile Mary Jane has a secret she's been keeping from Peter.

16. "Thank You Part 3"- In the series finale Harry Osborn: The Green Goblin and Peter Parker: Spider-Man, have their final confrontation where their friendship started many years ago. The Osborn Mansion. The two have another bloody confrontation which ends with Harry once again being defeated. Peter sends Harry back to the mental institution. After the battle Peter heads back home to Mary Jane where she tells him she's pregnant. The two kiss as they step into the world of parenthood.
