Chapter 4
April and Tasha left on Sunday and a week had gone, Bryan hasn't returned my calls or replied my messages, Malia has been consoling me to forget about him. I thought of asking Lucy if she knows anyone called Bryan but that's crazy because Lucy believes dating online is a scam plus I told her several times we aren't dating but she still believes so. Maria and I visited the library to get some books for our ecology assignment, coming out we bumped into Bry and his bodyguards as usual. We all greeted, didn't want to look him in the eye so I distracted myself using my IPod to listen to songs. He offered Malia an invitation card for a birthday party, saying his crippled sisters birthday is coming up and she doesn't have much female friends, he feels we are good people and hopes we show up.
I asked "what makes you think we are good people?"
He smiled like he was about to say something and said "Please, just show up" then he bounced out.
"Gosh, who does he think he is? see the way he's commanding us", "Tiaaa.."
Malia stressed "he said please"
"Whatever, it's not like we know his sister. I'm not going". Maria started pleading on behalf of Bry sister.

       Diana is getting married, Hurray! Finally, Clarkson has proposed, I couldn't stop blushing and crying as I kept on watching it on YouTube but why was I part of the planning team? I guess because of my studies. Diana my most amazing sister in the world.
Diana is on the line. She askes "Is this how you congratulate someone that's getting married?"
"Oh! Forgive my manners, Congrats sis"
"Yeah, yeah" She says happily
"Just let me know when it's time. you know your chief bridesmaid has to wear a simple dress, wouldn't want to grab all the attention on your wedding day"
She laughed so hard till she started choking "Tiara, you're so funny, what do you want Clara to do that day?"
"Serving the guest would suit her, I guess"
"Tiaaana" she stressed "don't worry we will figure it out when you come home. Alright, catch you some other time" she hanged up the call

       Bryan finally replied my messages, saying he was out of town, we chatted for long. I had forgotten it was time for his sisters Birthday party not until Lucy reminded me. I really don't know what to wear, my dresses are mostly for dinner events due to the types of parties my mum makes us accompany her to, when her work place organizes one.
        Lucy convinced me to wear black then finally I saw a short fitted dress which has one hand plus it's black after some minutes of scattering my wardrobe. I did a light make up and packed my hair in a bun leaving frontals down by the sides, unlike Lucy who had on heavy make-up and a black-linning underneath her eyes, Gosh! I hate that, it's too thick, it makes her look bad but anyway it's what she wants.
We met Malia downstairs and we took a cab at the front of the dorm. This will be my first time leaving the University at night, at least the club was within the school, I felt scared then realizing my I.D was with me I felt secured. Bry's house was huge, couldn't tell if it was his or his parents. The house has a 5 by 5 squared pool right at the front. Passing the front door with the guards asking for our invite, I walked passed most of the overboard crews and I regretted ever coming. Lucy left us as soon as we got to the door to join some guys, I wonder if she has a boyfriend; I always forgot to ask. Bry saw us and came over to thank us for showing up, Malia left to meet a guy who has been checking her out; he looks Asian, didn't know when Malia started talking to Asians. We both hate but anyways back to Bry, we both said hello then fall into an awkward silence. The was killing, I had to say something then I asked where his sister was and he should introduce me. We handed towards a big black piano where his sister was, I told her "Happy Birthday" then bent down to hug her and presented a little gift which Malia and I wrapped. She was very happy. I asked for her name  she replied " I'm Brittany and what's yours?"
I told her and immediately she jerked up "Tiana? So you are the Tiaaaanaaana?"
Bry then signalled her telling her something which only both of them could understand. Bry asked me to come somewhere which only both of them could understand. Bry asked me to come with him and I don't know why but I just followed him,it was an open room,the floors were tiled   in  smooth concretes. I could see a small roofer, I asked what this is,he asked me to wait,then I saw him turn on the speaker and Celine Dion song was up,"I guess you use here to rehearse", he laughed,so is this your house or parents? "mine" he replied, by the way your sister is adorable,poor teenager I said in my mind,what happened? I asked,she was involved in an accident at eight, I've been protective of her,just don't want anyone to hurt her,so how come your parents allowed you to throw her a party,I said" well she is fifteen and she deserves a normal birthday like every other teen,just that she is being home schooled and she don't have friends. The  next Celine Dion song came on and he stretched his hand, waiting for me to join him and what if I say no,I asked,he stepped forward and with one hand he pulled me by the waist, I was so scared my two hands rested on his shoulders,I realize how muscular he was, now I know what Malia meant. He moved slowly to the rhythm of the song, making me move back and forward, "I am not actually a fans of sausa" I said softly,my voice was calm, I guess those blue eyes made quiet for the first time he asked me things about myself, and I said freely not keeping mute this time, I don't know why he allowed me repeat the same story he has heard before, he just kept smiling starring at my eyes,I guess he hasn't seen a big black pupil before "you have beautiful eyes" he said in his British accent "thanks" I said he spinned me arround and this time my body was touching his,his forehead bent towards my eyes, I could feel the heat from his body,he smelt so nice,. Whatever spray he uses most have had apple flavour in it. I was very sure he could feel my heart beat fast I refused looking up, couldn't tell if I see those eyes what will come next so I starred at his pink oval curved lips and I realized Bryan won't be happy if I tell him,can't really say about my feeling for bryan since we still haven't met the thought of Malia looking for me and the Asian guy I left her with I excused myself pulling my hands from is shoulders I kind of like his hands on my waist wit his big palm but I have to go Malia would be worried I said he released his hold from me and out of the room "thanks for the company" he said this time I was walking downstairs, finding my way to the leaving room.the people seem to increase in numbers,I found Malia lips on that of the Asian guy. I pulled her out and she started yelling at me for intruding. "Girl what's happening", She said  they were childhood friends but she never mentioned having Asian friend as a child. It was past eleven and we decided to leave, wanted saying bye, but cute sight in front of me caught my attention,I saw Bryan feed his sister a piece of cake, he looks like a caring dad. we took a lift back to our dorm leaving Lucy behind. I wish I had those kind of memories with my dad. He works for the government and being in the military hasn't given him time to know each of us,he started as a soldier,now he is in the air Force as a Commander in London. I don't think my dad was ever there with my mum during our birth. He always use gifts to make it up to us but now we are grown, he makes it up to us by taking us on holidays whenever he is on break but still get called from work. We try convincing him to shift his duty to Canada but he prefers London or Germany. Nevertheless,a time came when we didn't hear from him for three months.  Mum even got sick before we discovered he was in Ukraine on a mission.
     I told Malia all that went Bryan and the next thing she said was "he is not bad you know",I surely know where she was heading but I ignored her chat and decided to chat Bryan up,told him about the party and asked if he was serious about me. He asked why,then I told him about the same Bry guy and he asked if I had a crush on him,I told him I wasn't sure. I asked Bryan if we could meet on Tuesday since I was free and he said ok with no excuse.it rang like an alarm in my heat all day, I was over joyed, told Lucy and Mali I was finally going to him .
