"AHHHHH!!!!" I screamed.  It was coming, running, towards me. I didn't know what I should do, I was helpless, it was so strong and mighty, and I was just a girl. I started running, running as fast as I could,  before I could run out of the cave I fell and cut my knee. I hurried up and got up and started running, I turned my head a little to see how far I was from it and I was a little far. While I looked back I slipped in mud, since it was raining. I ran out of the snowy woods, into the hills, the hills on the other side of the woods, 6 miles from the village. I kept running and running. I felt something in front of me and I fell.

I looked up, breathing hard from running. It was a boy, about my age, "Are you okay?" He said, holding his hand out, helping me get up, "Yeah, just running." I said with a fake smile. " Well you're all muddy and it looks like you hurt yourself pretty bad." He said looking worried. He was friendly, caring, and a little cute. "You should come with me to my village, just for the day, it's getting pretty late and you look like you need some help." He said, "Okay, I guess." I followed him. I seen his village was pretty nice, cabins, fireplaces, and much more. We went to his cabin, huge by the way. "Mother, I found this girl, and she looks hurt and tired, may she stay with us for the rest of the night?" He said. " Sure." his mother said with a smile.

After his grandmother helped me with my cuts and I got cleaned up, I grabbed a blanket from my room and went by the camp fire. " I never got the chance to intruduce myself." He said. "I'm Ruko." He said.

I woke up the next morning with Thunder licking my face. "THUNDER!" I said surprisingly, and excited. "How did you get her boy?" I asked him. Ruko walked into the room. "Your father is here." He said. Uh oh , he must have been looking everywhere for me.

I walked out of my room and out of the cabin, "Dad?" I said, nervously. "Where have you been, why did you come here?!!" My father asked me. "Well, I was adventuring the woods and-" then he cut me off "Adventuring the woods!??! You know how much danger you were in !" He yelled. "I'm sorry." I said. "Okay we're going home now." "Bye Ruko, thanks for letting me stay. I hope I will see you soon." I said. And we went back home.
