I want to feel your lips meet mine
In a kiss that warps space and time
Guide me through the milky way
Show me the stars that don't delay
Their burst into a ball of light
The remnants shining oh so bright
The stardust as it settles down
Under my skin and all around

Your lips meet mine and start to fill
My dark voids and empty spaces
All the scariest, lonely places
Where creatures of the dark will stay
With crooked teeth and hair that's frayed
Their deep black eyes so full of anger
They hide behind the cloak and dagger
The voices yell as time ticks down
I close my eyes to escape the sound
Pull me back to reality
Where I can finally look and see
My wholesome parts outweigh the bad
You love me even when I'm sad
And crawl into myself once more
I sit and watch the raindrops pour
You look at me with open eyes
A smile so wide I'm paralyzed
I fear to lose something so dear
You've helped me see it all so clear
And when I exhale my last breath
It will be to show that I owned death
It didn't come of its own volition
You helped me write my strong petition
