Introduction

*Third Person P.O.V.*

Baron was getting ready for his match tonight when he got the sweet and strong smell of vanilla and cinnamon apples, that's outside his locker room door. He stood when he heard a knock on the door. "Who is it?" He called out. "Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. May we come in Baron?" Triple H asks. "Yes, come in." He called out. The door opens. "We need to talk to you, Baron." Stephanie said as she, Triple H and a new girl walks in. "Sure what's up, Ma'am?" He replied looking at her. "Please, call me Stephanie, Baron" She said to him. "Okay. So, who is the new girl?" He asks. Baron looked Y/N, up and down all while trying to keep his composure to not pin the small female to the wall. "Baron this is Y/N Y/L/N. Y/N, this is Baron Corbin" Triple H said. "She is gonna be your new tag team partner. Also in a few months you an her will be thrown into a storyline together." Stephanie adds which in turn made Baron, lock up straight and jaw lock firmly. "May I, ask why?" He asks them. He didn't want to have a tag team partner, nor did he want to be thrown in a story line. Why? Because he didn't want to be or get attached to someone and then someone use that as leverage against him to break him and weaken him. Though he knew and/or had that feeling in his gut and chest that he wouldnt be able to leave the small female alone and soon that will be true. And he was the Lone Wolf, for a reason. "Because you need a romance storyline. Look Baron we know you don't do all that romance stuff. But we're trying to help your image. The first few week will be to see how fans react to you and her. If the response is good then it will continue. But if not it will get cut. Okay?. Y/N will valet you to your matches as well." Triple H says to him.

Y/N stayed quite cause she felt as if the tall, broad, and muscular man hated her. But when in fact it was far from the truth. She was resisting the urge to drop to her knees infront of him and submit to him and she didn't know why. She could feel a little bit of heat pool in her thong. But it wasn't enough to be any concern or noticeable to anyone but her. Or so she thought 'cause she seen Baron Corbin inhale sharply and his nostrils flare a bit. Triple H and Stephanie, took it as he was gonna go with it either way he didn't have much of a choice.

Y/N's eyes caught a glimpse of Baron's left wrist seeing a Phoenix birth mark and the words 'Will You Cuddle With Me? I'm Cold' underneath the Phoenix. She mentally smacked herself not realizing it sooner. She had a feeling that she knew why the almost 7 foot tall man had such a large affect on her. Stephanie noticed it off the bat because she is an omega herself and knows the signs. "Y/N and I are gonna have a chat. You two talk this out. We'll be back" Stephanie said. Y/N was confused and walks out the locker room with Stephanie, whom pulls her quickly to her office locking the door. "Y/N are you okay?" She asks clearly concerned about the younger female. Y/N shook her head raising her sleeve up on her right arm revealing a wolf with the saying 'Touch Her I'll Kill You'. "I have a feeling I know what this is gonna mean" She stated matter of fact she already knew. Y/N whimpered a little because now she feels the alpha hates her and wouldn't want anything to do with her. "Hey doll. Shhh it's okay. I've been in your shoes and in a similar situation as you." She said trying to comfort Y/N. They talked for a few more minutes after Stephanie gave her a suppressant pill to stop Y/N from going into a early heat. "I think he hates me. Did I do something or say something wrong?" She asks finally after talking about things. "No, he doesn't hate you. He's just not one for talking and that's why we came up for the nickname 'The Lone Wolf' for him. Baron doesn't get close to people because he doesn't want to give anyone leverage to use against him." She said. Y/N frowns a little "oh. Is it a good idea to put me and him as tag team partners then?." She asks Stephanie. "No and yes. No, because he will most likely start showing feelings for you infront of the whole roaster and in this business, everyone is tries to find their opponents weakness, an yes it's a good thing because that means he will have someone to love for and someone to lose but, not in a bad way. Just becareful. If another alpha gets to close to you and Baron's wolf will take over and he'll snap if anyone gets to close to you in a way that they shouldn't be. Baron is a very territorial alpha male. An if someone threatened you or something of his it will be world war 3 and all hell will break loose. I'm saying all this because I already know he is gonna try and fight his feelings but it will not work. Because he knows in his mind you're his mate and you two have a soul bond. Believe me when I say, Triple H is the same way." She said. Y/N nods her head as she listened and thought about everything Steph, just said to her.
