Chapter 9: Chloe

(Peter's POV)

It's lunch time! Lunch is the only good lesson in school honestly. (Exactly)

I saw Chloe and she had that evil look on her face, meaning that she's going to do something to one of us.

Me, Tyler, Marinette, Adrien, Alya and Nino were about to take a seat in the lunch room.

Chloe made Tyler trip but because of my quick cat like reflexes, I put my tray on one of the lunch tables and I caught her.

"Chloe what the heck? What's your problem? She could've gotten a bruise or worse-" I got cut of because Chloe started speaking.

"So what? Does it look like I care? Your friend deserves a new makeover anyways" Chloe said, as she left towards her table, whipping her hair on the way.

"Are you okay?" I asked Tyler. She looked so plain, it looked like she could probably faint right now.

Tyler shook her head and said "oh yea I'm fine, stop giving me that look Marinette" I looked at Marinette as she was having that look when she wants to ship 2 people together. No way is that ever happening.

I saw Adrien having a huge smirk on his face, I'm going to wipe it right off.

"Adrien stop giving me that stupid smirk of yours" I said while me and Tyler sat down opposite of eachother.

"You 2 look so cute together" Marinette squealed. No we don't, and I'm sorry Marinette but it's never happening.

"We're just friends, nothing more." I said, Ew I sound like Adrien.

Tyler straighten up and said "Exactly, me and him? Never happening" I was surprised by her sudden straightforwardness.

I noticed that she was still wearing the necklace I gave her. I smiled a bit.

Chloe walked towards our table again, ugh, can't this women leave us alone?

"Adrikins, we have a project to work on together. Remember?" Chloe said.

"Adrien and Marinette are happily working on Their project together Chloe. So could you just leave us alone? That would be great" I said, clearly annoyed from this stupid brat.

"I spoke to Miss Mendeliev and she said that me and Adrien are partners now, come on Adrikins" Chloe said, as she was clinging onto Adrien's arm. Ugh I hate this girl.

"Cant you see that he doesn't like it Chloe? Leave him alone, we're already done with ours, and he wouldn't want to redo his project again" Marinette said.

"And who are you to tell me that? You only want to do the project because you're in love with him, we all know that" Chloe said. Uh ow, Marinette looks like she's going to break down.

Paris has been happy and there was no Acuma attacks, I'd like to keep it that way. Happy Paris, happy me.

I think Tyler noticed that Marinette was going to break down, so she said "Chloe, breaking hearts is what makes you feel better? Hurting other people? The world is not yours Chloe bourgeois, its not anyone's. So stop acting like you own it" Wow. Good talk Tyler.

"And who are you? Another girl in love with Adrien?" Chloe said as she lifted her hand.

Oh no, shes going to slap Tyler, not happening.

"Don't you dare" I said as I held her wrist. She pushed me but she's too weak to make me fall over.

"Who the heck are you? Her bodyguard or something? Move it" Chloe said, ha, she needs to think twice when she said that.

"Why should I? So you could slap her? Not on my watch, Chloe" I said. No way am I letting her slap Tyler.

"Hmph" Chloe said as she pulled her hand from my grasp and walked away once more.

I hope I don't see her again

"Hey, sorry about that" I said. I felt like she got angry or something. I don't know how girls work okay?

"Why are you saying sorry? You just made the brat leave" Tyler said. We both started laughing.

"Whoa, dude, I can't believe you managed to make her go away" Nino said. "I was surprised too" I said as I finally let my teeth sink into my Cheese.

"I love the way you protected Tyler, I'm with Marinette, you both are so cute together! You're like her knight in shining armour!" Alya said. No we don't.

"No we don't, as me and Tyler both said before, We will never date each other" I said and Tyler nodded.

"See even the two of you agree on the same things! How cute! You guys are such a cute couple" Alya said. Tyler seemed a bit.. I don't know, her face was unreadable.

"We both are not a couple and we will never be one" Tyler said. She's definitely right.

"Okay, now if you excuse me. I'll be heading into the library for a bit of reading"

Everyone left to where they wanted to go. I was left alone on the table.

Now what do I do?
