Chapter 4: Human

(Tikki's POV)

   
Marinette woke up early for once. It was 6:30pm and school starts at 8.

   
Who knew this day would come, Marinette waking up early.

   
I'm always awake early so it's fine if she sees me awake.

   
"Good morning Tikki" Marinette said, putting up a weak smile on her face. "Good morning" I said.

   
I was thinking of how does it feel like to be a Human.

   
I mean I could turn into one, but I never thought it was required.

   
I want to go to school and try to live the life of a Human.

   
It must be really nice, plus I could walk instead of going to school inside Marinette's purse.

    
"Marinette, could I come to school with you?" I asked her, I mean. I don't see the harm in going to school. "But you come with me to school everyday" Marinette replied. then I said "No I mean as a Human, if I could turn into one, could I come with you?"

   
Marinette looked at me with a jaw dropping look. Then she said "you could turn into human? and you never told me??" "I never thought it was required but I've been thinking about it for a while so could I come?"

   
Marinette screamed Yes so loud that the whole world could hear.

   
"okay here goes nothing..." I said as I begin to focus...

   
I closed my eyes shut and 10 seconds later, I found myself touching the ground.

   
Marinette screamed and said "You look so cute and pretty! You should become Human more often" I went towards a mirror and I looked at myself from head to toe.

   
I had long red and black hair, bright bluebell eyes, and I had a knee length dress. I was surprised of how I looked, I really like my new look.

   
Marinette got dressed and we both headed to school. When we reached, I saw Adrien standing next to Alya.

   
When we approached them we all said hi and good morning to each other.

   
It feels super nice to finally meet Marinette's friends in person.

   
They're so nice! The only person who was ever nice to me was Marinette master Fu and... Plagg...

   
I have been missing him way too much lately, it started to become weird.

  
And trust me, I've seen weird.

   
When I got to first period everyone was looking at me, most of their expressions were shock and the others had that face whenever Marinette got jealous of Lila and Adrien.

  
"Class, today we have a new student joining us. Can you please introduce yourself Miss..." Miss Bustier said, waiting for me to say my name. "Tyler, my name is Tyler" I said smiling at miss Bustier. Then I introduced myself to the whole class.

   
"Hello, my name is Tyler. I'm one of Marinette's relatives from China" After I said that, everyone's eyes fell on Marinette. It's probably because Marinette's friends never knew about me, which is good.

   
Miss Bustier told me to sit on a bench that was at the end of the class on Marinette's row.

   
I smiled and took my seat at the end of the class. "Now class, open your math textbook to page 168" Miss Bustier said. Marinette photocopied her textbooks so I could have my own textbooks.
