Write a letter to the lover you never had.

Tell him how much you think of him. Tell him how much he made you dream. Tell him how foolish he made you. Tell him how you though of him; the first though that came to your mind in the morning, and the last when you went to sleep. Tell him how you planned to spend the rest of your summers with him. Tell how you wished to see him laugh for the rest of your life, the one thing that would make your day a million times brighter. Tell him how you wanted a family with him. Tell him of all the days you imagined: the epitome of perfection, when nothing could go wrong. Tell him that you thought you weren't good enough. Tell him that you were too shy. Tell him that you weren't in place where you didn't have the courage to ask him how he felt. Tell him that your flaws flashed in front of your eyes every single second of the day. Now, tell him that you loved him.

Tell him.

And when you're done, learn to let him go.

Learn.

Now, let go.

You deserve better.

Don't hide a part of you to feel loved.

Don't.
