About the time when I was about eight years old. I was in the hospital with my dad. No, not my stepdad again. Not Byungwoo, I'm talking about my dad.
I've been calling Sooyoung 'mama' around this time as well. She really did feel like a mother to me anyway.
Anyway, I was in the hospital because my little sister was being born. Finally, not just all boys like at my moms. It's just now finally a girl.
"Mr. Zhong, you can go see your wife now." The nurse came out and told my dad. I looked up at my dad as he smiled down at me.
"Come on Chenle. Let's go in and meet your little sister okay?" My dad smiles and I nod. Hoping down from my seat and running into Sooyoungs hospital room with my dad.
"Hey Chen! Come see your little sister!" Sooyoung says and I nod. I walk up to her hospital bed, and I take a look at my sister.
"What's her name?" I ask as I look up at Sooyoung.
"Her name is Seoah." Sooyoung says and then I look over at dad and then back at Sooyoung.
"Isn't that grandmas name though?" I ask and Sooyoung nods.
"Yes, yes it is. So smart of you Chen!" She smiles and I smile.
"Chenle, we have to get going soon so then I can drop you off at Renjun's." Dad says, I look at him and nod, then back at my sister.
"Hi Seoah! I'm Chenle!" I said quietly.
"Why're you saying it so quietly Chen? You don't have to bub." Sooyoung says and I look at her confused.
"I can say it in a normal voice?" I asked and Sooyoung nods.
"Yeah, who told you, you had to be super quiet when talking to a baby?" Sooyoung asks.
"Mom.." I said as I look down.
"Well don't listen to her Chen. And we got to get going anyway. Say goodbye to Sooyoung and Seoah." Dad says.
"Bye Mama! Bye Seoah!" I said as I left the room with my dad, waving goodbye.
