"Chenle, come here! I need you to meet someone." Mom yells from the bottom of the stairs, I was in Haru and I's room, I was working on a school project for my fifth grade class. Haru and Byungho were at their dads for the weekend.
But my mom had been going to Daegu for weeks, she says it was business trip, but I never really believed her. My mom didn't have the best job from what I know.
"Yeah, okay mom. I'm coming!" I yell, I set down my pencil and walk out of my room, down the stairs. "What going on mom?" I ask and I see her, standing with a guy. Who I just got bad vibes from immediately.
"Chenle, this is Ahn Chulwoo. He's going to be your new stepdad." Mom says, and this guy is just terrifying and weird.
I don't like him.
"Hi Chenle." Chulwoo smiles, which I just find really unsettling. Then he reaches out his hand, to shake my hand. I look up at him, I hesitate a little bit but then, my mom looks at me. She wants me to shake his hand, I gave in and shook his hand. But then immediately pulled my hand away.

"Hey kiddo! How was your mom's?" Sooyoung asks as I walk through the door.
