Clan whereabouts: Okay, good! I like that you placed them in a rather unknown place. Most clans are centered in Konohagakure, which means you now have much more room to develop their history and such

Clan History: Fascinating! I like that take on clan history. We don't really know if there are other clans in this village, though, and we don't really know how they were established or how important they are. What other clans battle for power? Are there alliances? Rivalries? Do they get a lot of influence in village matters? Are they respected? Asking yourself questions like this really help to develop your clan

Clan traits: There's not really a lot for me to say here, but what are their personalities like? Are there certain reoccurring traits? What are their weaknesses?

Kekkei Genkai

Mizugan: Okay, this power makes sense since they are known for their prowess in water style jutsu. And it makes sense (kinda) that it dehydrates them. But how does it work? Do they pull upon the water in their bodies or from the vapor in the air? Again, just some small questions to get you started.

Shizengan: this is a good idea, but I'm not sure it works for your particular clan. First off, that on top of the Mizugan would make them really overpowered and it contrasts a lot with the Mizugan's powers. I'd say maybe focus in on one of these two.

Hidden Techniques: Just an idea, but perhaps, with the Mizugan, the user could draw on the water in another person's body and turn them into a human puppet and such.
