I'm about to answer when I hear a blood curdling scream. I look at Colton to find him staring at me. We both take off in a run, as we get their. I see another one of the other girls sitting next a a dark lump, on the ground. I look too see around her, but she blocks my view. I walk over slowly and realize that it's her boyfriend, lying on the ground shaking violently. She glides her hands over his body, as they shake. I pull her up from him, as Colton goes down to try and stop the shaking. As soon as she's away she slams herself into my arms, crying and screaming silently. I let her sit their until the crying dies down. When it does, I pull her away gently and ask what happened. She looks at me and says " Their... their was this thing it came running out of no, where when it hit him like a line backer... and" She stops and seems to have a flashback. I grab her and say
" Hey, take your time, ok" She nods and regains her composure and starts again " It was strangely skinny, and tall... it looked like, an elf , but it's face was fairy like." She looks at me as if searching for the name and suddenly, I remember it's a Silkie and it's exactly how she describes it. Their tall and slinky they get away with just about everything, and their fast as lighting. They steal shiny objects and they mess with what they call mundanes. If they choose to show themselves they give people, a heart attack that eventually kills them. I want to tell her, but I can't muster the words to hurt her. I hear a rattling breath and realize that it's his last, I turn and see the light go out of his eyes. As soon as he dies I here another scream I recognize it instantly it's my friends. I go running, I sense and hear that Colton is right behind me, I run until I see her. She's high up in a tree and I look behind her and see a shadow with horns, glowing eyes, and a big toothy grin. I recognize it as a centaur in human form, I'm Greek mythology they are good, but they can choose to be evil and this one was. He smiled and said something in a foreign language and shoved my friend out of the tree. She hurtled toward the ground and hit you could here the bones snap it was sickening. I go to her, but her body just disappears. I get up and walk away looking for others, but their all gone, it's just me and Colton.
