I wrote most of this when I was having a bad moment in class today.. The devil was trying to get into my mind, so I grabbed my pencil, and this is what came. I finished the rest at home.

I trust You God,
I really do.
I've read Your Word,
And I know that it's the truth.
No matter how much pain I feel,
I shall not die.
For You are not a man,
that You should lie.
In a bottle,
You hold my tears.
Every word I cried,
Your heard with Your very ear.
O God,
I give You my praise.
I refuse the enemy win,
To let him keep me in a daze.
The devil spews lies,
And my heart throbs in pain.
Anxiety tries to bound me,
And You loose me from its chains.
So God, I'll stand firm,
My arms held high.
I'll keep my eyes on You,
For I know You're presence is nigh.
