It was a new day, but not one that would bring out the best.

Lusamine had a very special announcement, but Lillie and Gladion weren't the only ones to hear such news.

"I have some very special news for the two of you." Lusamine chimed In delight. "This is Princess Ursula and Prince Paul. They have come all the way from Sinnoh region to court you."

She gestured to the two who looked anything but pleased to be there. Gladion and Lillie were stunned. However, before either could protest, their mother continued.

"You will be spending the day together and really getting to know each other. Which means that Steven and Melody get a day off. So all of you have fun and enjoy the rest of your day." Lusamine remarked.

She then turned and walked off to go work on her other royal duties. Lillie slowly walked up to Paul and curtsied.

"It's is nice to make your acquaintance." Lillie greeted. "Allow me to show you about the castle."

Paul nodded but couldn't help but roll his eyes when her back was turned. Sun growled lightly at the action. Lillie didn't deserve that kind of treatment, even if she wasn't aware.

"Melody, I need you to go check on...you know who for me while I handle things here. Can you do that, please?" Gladion begged in a whisper.

"Of course. I'll take great care of him." Moon assured.

"Thank you." Gladion's smiled.

"Excuse me, but there is a Princess here to see you." Ursula stated.

"Right, sorry. Come along with me." Gladion held out his hand to her.

Ursula quickly took it and slid right up next to him. She sent Moon a taunting glare as they walked off. Sun and Moon were left alone in the large room a very strange and unfamiliar feeling within them.

"So, now what?" Sun wondered aloud.

"We can do whatever we want." Moon replied. "Well, I actually have something important to do, so you can go find something to do yourself. See you later."

She then went and got a bunch of food from the kitchen before heading out.

"Bye." Sun muttered.

After some thought, Sun decided to go and practice with his sword in the training room for a while.

Meanwhile, Moon made it over to the spot Silvally rested.

"Hey little guy. I brought you some food." Moon chimed. Silvally spring to its feet but whimpered at the sudden jerk. "I'm glad to see your feeling better, but you have to rest or you will never get better." Silvally looked around as he laid back down. "Sorry, but Gladion's busy, so it's just me today. I'm sure he might come by later, though."

Moon gave the berries over and Silvally quickly began to eat. Moon smiled and sat down. She leaned against the Pokémon as she gazed at the pretty forest.

To think, she lived in a forest just like this mere weeks ago. Now she was living in a castle again, and made some new friends. She was happy again.

In the tranquility of the forest around them, Moon soon dozed off.

As for Lillie and Gladion, they were having anything but a pleasant time. Lillie was well aware of Paul's lack of interest in just about everything and it got really frustrating, really fast.

Gladion was on the verge of snapping at Ursula for all her snide comments and bragging, but always made sure to bite his tongue. She was still a princess.
