Letting go

I can easily get along with anyone now.
I don't do self-pity anymore.
I prefer to have a companion now rather than to be alone.
I can stand to converse and be acquainted to people now.
My anxiety does not haunt me from time to time now.
I'm letting go of my old self.
I'm letting go of my uncertainties, my frustrations—my innermost fears.
My self does not hinder me anymore from doing or saying things that I'd love to share.
I'm not paying much attention now as to what people would think of me, because at the end of the day they all have a say even if you do good or bad.
Not too soon that I realized...
Shyness no longer linger on me
I crack-up some jokes now.
I can even smile genuinely now.
I'm happy with who I'm becoming.
I'm happy that I'm letting it all go.
I'm happy that I'm into healing.
I'm happy that I'm doing it for myself and not for anyone else's benefit.
I'm happy because it feels great that once in my life I've got the chance to breathe.

It's time to breathe now.

Letting go,
Ronald
