Chapter 4 ~ Work Together As A Team!

Even though he promised her not get depressed well, he didn't and couldn't help but feel more scared and worried that no one would love him. He's right now lying on the ground all depressed. Red broke her promise and regretted for not letting Y/N stay with him for the comfort he needs. Next to the stove is the fresh popcorns in the pan as it popped up and went into his mouth. There's also a sad music played from the radio next to the stove. Red added a lot of melted butter from the measuring cup and pinches of salt before chewing on it.

He looked around his home and noticed the printed article titled "Our Hero: Total Loser Now Beloved." In the bottom, it showed the picture of himself as a hatchling with other hatchlings making fun of him as he could hear laughter.

"Loser! Loser!"

He totally wished Y/N was here right now. The knock was heard and he dusted the popcorns off of his chest and wondered if it's you that's knocking as he hoped it is. Red turned his body around and dragged himself to the door staining the floor with butter and opened it, thinking it is her. But boy was he wrong.

"Helloooo...oh."

What is Leonard doing here? He screamed upon seeing him and slammed the door on him.

"Look, Red. I know we've had our differences.." Leonard began to explain.

"Oh, like when you try to eat our young?! Make Y/N yours?!"

Red pressed his back against the door so Leonard won't come in. Leonard popped his head through the window.

"I come in peace!"

Red grabbed the mirror and smashed it into his face, leaving him unfazed.

"Ouch."

Screaming, Red pushed him out of the window and blocked it with his book shelf. Unfortunately, Leonard pushed the books away with his head.

"Look I don't want to see your face anymore than you want to see mine. We're all in danger!" he tried to convince Red but he pushed him away.

"Yeah, from you!"

"No! We have a truce! Didn't you get my note?! It was on the balloon!"

Red calmed down a bit with a smile.

"Oh, yeah. That's right. You wanna talk."

Before Leonard knew it, he was tied up and slammed against the floor. Red stood on top of his back to prevent him from moving.

"This is not how a truce works!"

"Just say what you gotta say and then get out!" shouted Red, tightening the rope causing Leonard to squeal in pain.

Taking a deep breath from the tightness of the rope he explained to him.

"Red, we discover that there's a third island and they're plotting to destroy us all!"

"A third island?" Red wondered of how this is possible.

First Piggy Island and now another one? How many more islands is there??

"Give me one good reason why I should believe you!"

"Haven't you noticed any strange objects falling from the sky? Giant balls of ice?" Leonard asked.

Red then remembered that he had seen it during his hangout with Chuck, Bomb, and Y/N as they ride the bicycle while she is skateboarding. That was then the big splash coming from the beach. Chuck and Bomb ignored it and kept on singing which Red turned to notice something from the nearby water along with Y/N who had seen it with her eyes widened in shock. It was the giant chunk of ice ball that Leonard was talking about and encountered. Red and Y/N looked at each other with a same question before he was back in reality.
