~ Nathaniel ~
Getting up early wasn't that hard to do. I mean, I don't need sleep, but it's still nice to just relax and lay in bed. I tried Sitting up as I let out a yawn, making my may towards the bathroom as i did my daily routine of cleansing my body. After that was taken care of, I go over to use some clothes, and then I continue my way downstairs and into the back part of the tavern where the kitchen was located. Something wafts through the air as I approach the kitchen as i was greeted by the sight of David cooking with an apron on, which suited him for some reason as he noticed me and turned around
David: "Morning Nathaniel, wanna eat?"
Nathaniel: "Yes please!"
I accepted his offer of breakfast. I made my way towards the table which had other stuff on it like plates, ingredients, and other stuff that i didn't want to touch for some reason as i gone and sit on the opposite side of the table where there was space. David places eggs and bacon in-front of me as I take a whiff and enjoyed the savory smell of David's cooking
David: "The generic breakfast, hope you enjoy"
I nodded and thanked him as he ruffled my slightly drenched hair and continued to cook for his food while I eat mine. I must say, it was heavenly (pun intended). Apparently the food was quite good to the point that I subconsciously made a noise, to which David looked over to me and let out a content chuckle
David: "Is it that good?"
Nathaniel: "Well of course it is, especially since you made it!"
He smiled at me as I continued my scrumptious breakfast. After finishing mine, I gone towards the sink to wash it and placed the wet plate on one of the racks that was meant to dry these things off before placing them in one of the compartments
Nathaniel: "I'm gonna go start working now"
I told David as he nodded at me as he enjoyed his breakfast while I made my way behind the bar. Looking around, there aren't that much people as there were only a few groups sitting around, then the doors suddenly flew open as a big person came busting in, but it doesn't seem like they meant to do that, maybe they're just strong, although considering that they are a half-orc, I wouldn't be exactly surprised if they managed to break those doors easily
Half-Orc: "Sorry 'bout that everyone!"
He apologized to the other patrons before carefully closing the door this time, afterwards he made his way to me as I gave him a soft smile as he sits on of the stools in front of me, which looked like it could've been bigger compared to his size. I shook the tought out of my head before greeting him
Nathaniel: "Welcome to the tavern! what can i get you?"
Half-Orc: "Gimme a Coala"
Nathaniel: "On it!"
I said as I got his drink and handed it to him, but the moment he grabbed a hold of it, he took one hearty gulp, almost finish more than half the amount as he sets it out with a loud thud
Half-Orc: "Now that hits the spot!"
He exclaimed a little loudly which made some of the patrons face us but he didn't seem to care, but I noticed it as I felt a bit embarassed by that little display
