BELLA’S HOUSE

BELLA: *walking at her mom’s room* mom, you have a night shift at the hospital, right?

you don’t exactly have a strong constitution, so you shouldn’t overwork yourself.

Bella’s mom – Agnes Smith

BELLA’S MOM: *coughing* I’m fine dear,

I can’t just put the entire burden on you. *smile*

Bella’s sister – Stella smith

STELLA: If only dad hadn’t disappeared after leaving a debt.

BELLA: that wasn’t necessary.

STELLA: oh, there was a call from the chief where you work.

Apparently, one of the workers can’t come, so she wants you to take her place

BELLA:  oh, really? I have to leave now, then! *run* *step on the rotten floorboard**stuck to the hole*

AHHH!!! It’s going to take money to fix this

THE CAFE WHERE SHE WORKS

BELLA: *greet the customer* welcome, Master!

This way please!

BACKDOOR OF THE CAFÉ

BELLA: *throwing the trash*

Bella’s POV

I’ve worked here for so long, but I still can’t get used to this place. I don’t have much free time because of the student council work, so I needed a well - paying job like this one, but…. If someone from school were to see me like this…

ACE: Wow.

BELLA: *surprised*

ACE: what a surprise. If it isn’t, the prez.

BELLA: ACE WALTER!!!

COMFORT ROOM

BELLA: my life is over! This is the worst situation imaginable. The whole school will definitely know about it. Everything will be harder if they realize that the Student Council President is a waitress… the trust I’ve been building up until now is on its way down the drain….

The chief of the café – Claire Wilson

CHIEF: *shocked* Bella! Are you alright?!

You’re excused from work! Go home and rest!

BELLA:  no I’m fine.

BACKDOOR OF THE CAFÉ

BELLA: *going home*

ACE: *waiting for Bella* oh, you’re dressed normally now.

BELLA: *shocked* W-What?!

What do you want?!

ACE: huh? Nothing, really. I just wanted to make sure.

So that maid really was Prez…..

Why are you working at a place like this?

BELLA: let’s take this somewhere else.. *dragging Ace*

ACE: huh?

BELLA: just shut up and follow me!

AT THE PLAYGROUND

ACE: oh, family reasons, are things that rough?

BELLA: yeah

ACE: so, that’s why you’re working at a café in a neighboring town.

Couldn’t you have done some physical labor near home instead?

BELLA: I didn’t have that kind of stamina, being the president. I can’t allow my grades to drop. I couldn’t manage both.

ACE: wow, must be though.

Oh, so the reason you attend empire, a school full of guys, despite hating men is because the tuition is low?

BELLA: I guess.

ACE: *look at the moon* I see…. My sympathies

BELLA”S ROOM

Bella:*writing*  I’ve got a rough road ahead of me….
