Prologue

The past..

Chelsea's POV

Hi everyone, my name is Chelsea Aria Rose Davis or in short you guys can call me CARD. My names so long right? I don't know why my parents decided to give me a long name, but it's fine because I love it anyways.

By the way...

I'm here in our school with my friends Lian, Ella, and Mary. They have been my best friends for like 2 years already and still on going. They said that they're going to introduce me to their new friend.
They told me to go to the rooftop because they also wanted to talk to me privately too. At first I was confused, but in the end, I just agreed.

While I was walking up stairs, I felt like something bad is going to happen. But, I just ignored it and continued walking. When I finally reached the rooftop I saw my friends with a girl.

"Hey girls I'm here!"

They turned around since they heard my voice. But unexpected, Ella said something to me that made me nonplus.

"Chelsea I'm going straight to the point, we're not your friends anymore."
She said and didn't even show any emotions.

"W-what? Why? What did I even do?"
My tears started to form in my eyes and my voice started to shatter a bit.

"Because we're just using you for your money bitch! Who would want to be friends with you a trash like you?"
Mary said and laughed wickedly.

"Mary's right, you're so hideous and maddening that's no one wants to be your friend. That's why we have our new friend here. She's pretty and popular just like us not unlike you, you're nothing compared to us."
Lian and her friends started laughing at me. They continued telling me unkind words.

I clenched my hand because of the anger building inside me. I wanted to go insane and hurt every single one of them right now. Because the pain they're giving me is too much.

I tried to calm myself because I didn't want to have a fight with them because I might get suspended since I will attack them first. But I couldn't hold my tears anymore, that's why I let it flow through my cheeks.

"Looks like someone is crying huh? What are you going to do? Tell your parents? Hahaha pathetic. You're such a crybaby Chelsea! You can't do anything but cry. Don't be such a crybaby, act like your age."

When Lian called me a crybaby my emotions changed into an emotionless expression. I directly looked at them with no fear.

"SHUT UP YOU BITCH! YES, I ACCEPT THAT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT I DIDN'T SEE THAT YOU GUYS WERE JUST USING ME. BUT KEEPTHIS IN YOUR FUCKING MINDS, ALL OF YOU WILL REGRET DOING THIS TO ME. I TRUSTED THE THREE OF YOU, BUT WHAT HAPPENED? IT LOOKS LIKE YOU THREE WE'RE THE ONES WHO WILL BETRAY ME!"

I shouted at them so angrily and walked away like nothing happened. I don't want to see their faces ever again. While walking I started to sob and cried even more.

But out of the blue, my memories with them flashed through my mind. I missed those days when the four of us have fun together and our childhood memories together. We even promised each other that we will be best friends forever and no one will break us apart. But it looks like " Promises are meant to be broken." I smiled weakly and wiped my tears with my hands.

From now on I will never trust anyone so easily. I will train to become stronger than before. And one day they will be kneeling in front of me asking for forgiveness. I would love to thank them because the demon inside me is finally awake.

I'm just getting started so be careful Lian, Mary and Ella. Because one day you will meet the new and fearless Chelsea Aria Rose Davis...
