"Come, " he half ordered, half exclaimed, "Sit down!"
They each sat accordingly to the three chairs that were set out in front of the desk. Sansa sat to her left, Naomasa to her right, and Sakura right in the middle. She grabbed the tea already placed on the table and the corners of her mouth quirked upward. "Cinnamon tea with a dash of milk. It's brewed perfectly."
"Ah, yes, I brew that tea this morning, " he stated.
Clenching her fists, she drove straight into the point just as the vision had shown. "It seems that I'm not given a choice about my quirk. He's able to detect lies and I won't be able to talk my way around it with an intelligent person such as yourself around."
"Bravo, " Nezu clapped cheerily, "I'm surprised you figured that out so quickly."
"He was too trusting of me. It's odd, especially since most people and taught to not trust the first things they hear from a possible unreliable source."
"You got that right... Since we've now cut into the center... What exactly is your quirk? It could maybe explain why you found yourself here."
"I..." she still hesitated, for this issue it was hard to follow along the script, "I can see things... They come at random times but if it's important I'll be able to see information about people, the world, the past, and even the future. However, my drawback is... Is that no matter how hard I or other people try we can't change a single thing. See, now you know how useless it is."
They stilled at the sudden information that they were given but she didn't wait but pressed upon it further. "You see now? That's why I didn't want to tell. I'll be killed by this blasphemy that shows that humans don't have free will and that everything is predestined."
"Did you see this conversation?"
She nodded, "I saw it last night. We had this exact conversation. Although I must mention that I saw a little bit more than that on you. I had a small trip into your information, all against my will, I assure you. It's just strange that someone who detests humans helps them."
"I have my reasons, " he answered mildly, only drawing more curiosity to it.
Sakura sat in the office contemplating her next move and how to go about it. She had awaken before she had reached what exactly would happen next.
Of course, with no plan of action there may be a couple discrepancies, but all are too minor to cause anything. Everything was too minor to cause a change.
"So... What happens now? " she drawled uncomfortably. She fidgeted in her seat and blew a couple of stray strands of hair from her face.
"Well, " Nezu pondered, "I could have you join the school... How old are you?"
She huffed aloud, "I'm 15."
He clapped his paws together excitedly, "I guess you'll be enrolled... In the General Studies for the next school year. By no means are you able to fight against those with quirks that enhance strength... Or are you able to?"
Forgetting that the lie-detector man was there she blurted out hastily, "No."
She wished to retract her answer but it was already too late. Suspicion had arose. Naomasa shook his head as a sign of dishonesty from her.
"I can fight, " she mumbled aloud.
"I won't pressure you, " he reassured her, "I'll have you put into the General Studies and when the time is right and you wish to reveal everything, go ahead."
Sakura's face turned into one of shock before morphing into one or mirth. "Of course, damn smartasses in my life knowing more than they should. Alright, I'll go along with you. You remind me too much of someone I knew except he was more lazy. You know, he also smoked cigarettes."
"Ah... He's dead?"
Like all humans, they all die one way or another eventually, even with immortality as Hidan had proved. The pinkette didn't know the difference in the concept of time between worlds but could easily say truthfully, "Yeah, he's gone."
Ping
"Another...?" she managed to mutter out before her mind filled up with images that contained things that she had never seen before
It was a competition between students to see who was the best in their grade. The countless quirks or powers she saw there were mesmerizing. If any were introduced back in the Nations then they certainly label them as Kekkai Genkai. Crazily so, most of them reminded her of such mysterious powers only introduced to those from the bloodline or research.
"Quirks are pretty cool, " she commented, "So what's with the U.A. Sports Festival?"
Nezu grinned, "I see in just that second that your quirk activated. I thought the time would be more but it seems as though I am wrong. May I ask, since the results are unchanging, who exactly won?"
"Bakugou Katsuki from Class 1-A won first place, however the real winner should have been Todoroki Shoto, who refused to use the 'hot' side of his quirk in the final battle."
"I see you got some information as well."
"Only the important bits."
"When you receive information, what do you do with it?"
Tapping her finger against her chin, Sakura responded, "I do only what I'm supposed to do, like a puppet on strings."
"Is this portion of the conversation fated?"
"Actually, I didn't see past this part so everything I'm doing right now is Improv for the later, major events in store."
Principal Nezu was in a state of deep thought before deciding, " I believe that your quirk isn't everything you make it out to be. I have an idea of my own but I think it's better if you figure it out yourself."
Sakura decided to add in one more thing, "I want my own personal tree."
"I beg your pardon?" Naomasa coughed.
The next thing that happened was Nezu shaking Sakura's hand in agreement.
