Chapter one- Falling and falling
Charlotte's pov
"Charlieeeee! Have you got my red lipstick" lucy called from her en-suite.
"Yeah, come here and I'll give it to you." I called back. You could say I have changed a bit well a lot since I left the hell hole about a year and a half ago. I left half way through my Sophomore year due to being bullied. I am not ashamed that I got bullied but I am of what I was back then. I let people walk all over me and didn't do anything when they bullied me. The day I left was the worse. They went to far. Sure they pushed me about, hit me and called me name but what they all did was unforgivable and made me hate them.
##### The day of the accident #####
The bell finally went signalling lunch time. I never sat in the cafeteria due to I never actually got to eat the food I brought with either them all calling me names or taking my money before I got something.
I was the last person to come out of my class hopping everyone had already left the halls so I couldn't get pushed around. Going to my locker I put my books in there and collected my books for my next and last class literature. After getting my books I turned the corner to go up the stairs to our library. The cafeteria is on the bottom floor along with the gym, main hall, school entrance, drama room, music room and some small classrooms as spares.
Most of my classes are on the middle floor apart from the fact that I take music so I go to the bottom for that. I can sing, play guitar and piano/keyboard. People say that I have a really good voice and by people I mean my family but I never sing in class just play instruments because the cheerleaders are in there and so is Josh and his crew. They think that they are amazing at singing. They are good but I know I am better but they would pick on me even more if they knew I was better. The top floor is basically just the library and all of our homeroom classrooms.
Sitting on the stool in the corner of the library I got the book Allegiant out. I was just on the last two pages and it is the last book of the Divergent series. There are three books in the series called Divergent, Insurgent, Allegiant. I love them and have read them all like 6 times each.
I threw the book down once I finished reading it like what the fudge. Who does that! No matter how many times I've read it I still want to hunt Veronica Roth down and make her change it the ending! (A/N- Not going to spoil it for people that haven't read the books but if you have MESSAGE ME SO WE CAN RANT TOGETHER!). Time to start my next book! Grabbing the best book in the world, apart from Divergent, out I began reading Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone. This is another book series that I have read like a thousand times along with the Hunger Games books, Mortal Instrument series, Twilight books, and finally the Giver series books. (A/N- If anyone has read Mortal Instruments books and wants to rant with me then feel free to message me!).
BRINGGGGG!
I sprang out of my seat hoping to avoid basically every person in the horrid school. Rushing down the first flight of stairs I knew I was too late. I bumped into the badboy player Josh North, his bestfriend Peter Webb and the biggest slut of the school Jessica stoke who was clinging onto them both like I leach.
"Watch where your going nerd" Josh spat at me making everyone laugh apart from Peter. He never really said anything but he never stuck up for me so you can say that I don't hate him as much as I do the rest of the whole school.
"Sor-r-ry" I stuttered. Some people were giving me sympathetic looks and others had a knowing look like they knew what was going to happen.
"Well don't touch what you can't afford. What is it your wearing, you probably live in a dust bin" Jessica growled. I think she needs to get her facts right. I live in the richest part of the town and I am probably more rich that her I just don't flaunt it like she does with all of her expensive clothing. My walk in closet is full of designer brands that my mother got me I just don't wear them. I will stick with my jogging bottoms, big baggy jumpers and converse.
