Your POV

I kicked at the wall in anger ignoring the pain from the bleeding cuts that decorated my bare feet. "Kadan, you can't keep ," Bull spoke sadly from the other side of the cell, the small talks we had, while we were locked away in this sh*t hole, were probably the only thing the kept me from bashing my brains in.

"what's the point of saving my strength it's all for not." I kicked the wall again this time harder as guilty tears welled up in my eyes. "I lost, Corypheus won and got the anchor." I croaked out as I held up what's left of my arm. "Why did I think I could do something, seriously me? I couldn't do anything right not even to save the world." My voice cracked as tears escaped rolling down my cheeks as I kept kicking the wall. I was angry and crying, my life collapsed in on itself and I couldn't prevent it. I covered my face with my remaining hand and turned away from my lover in shame.

"HEY!" he yelled banging his fist on the bared door making me jump. "You did more than anyone else could in your place." he crouched in front of me cupping my cheeks to make me look at him. "Kadan, you are the only reason I've lasted this long." he caressed my face as looked at me with eyes full of love. I didn't say anything as bull pulled me to his chest.

I hugged him as if we'd never be able to hold each over again. then I felt a warm liquid dripping onto my shoulder. "Bull?" I asked and he just shook his head. he was working so hard to help me believe in myself that I didn't notice how much my doubt was hurting him.

I pulled my arms around his neck and rested my chin on his shoulder so even by whispering he would be able to hear me. "Killing a God can't be as hard as it seems right?" I spoke and bull leaned back on the wall pulling me into his lap.

"You are the strongest person I will even meet Kadan." he cupped my cheek and pressed his forehead to mine. I let out a shaky breath before I gave him a stern nod and lightly pressing my cracked lips to his.

Time passed quickly while I was in his arms. After bull fell asleep I studied his features like I had hundreds of times back at sky hold. I watched as his face stiffened and relaxed he was dreaming I prayed that it was a pleasant one. he needed time away from this place and even if it was just in his dreams.

Then I saw something sticking out of the wall by bulls horns. I sat up feeling bulls arms tighten around me as I moved. I got a better look at the projection and realized it was a metal stake. I reached up and pulled the stake from the damp stone wall. It was the same size as a small knife.

Then the heavy sound of a door echoed in our cell. I quickly jumped out of bulls grasp and hid the stake. Before crouching beside bull who was now wide awake.

Two servants came into view one was carrying a bucket full of scraps. That was what we were fed the leftovers from the templars days old at least.

The servant flung the bucket's contents into the cell the rotting food hitting me and bull.

I wiped the putrid food off my face and clenched my teeth. Then I noticed the other servant she kept glancing at some of the scraps and then back at me. She was trying to tell me something.

I gave a small nod and she nodded back before she and the other servant left. I waited a minute making sure they were gone before I looked threw the small pile of rotten food the servant kept glancing at I found a folded note with two words that made me grin. "Be ready"-D

I silently showed bull the note before tearing it and hiding it.

"So you wanna go meet them?" I smirked taking the stake in my hands. Bull smiled and stood up. "As you wish inquisitor." He smiled pushing me to the side.
