Early Life {0-12}
Was born from an illegal relationship between a Capitol citizen and previous head game maker (favian crane) and a district citizen and victor (Venus thread) when the president found they were executed and only Clarissa was left alive she was raised by her mothers brother (Romulus thread) and his only daughter (Clove thread). The girls would watch the hunger games together every year and hoped they were picked one day. At the age of 9 her uncle had a job guarding tributes in the Capitol for the 65th hunger games (part of his peacekeeper duties) she went along and that's when she met Finnick Odair the male tribute for district 4 they became good friends and when it was time for him to go into the area she gave him a necklace with a trident pendant it was the last time she saw him till she was 17.

Teens {13-19}
At the age of 17 she volunteered for the 74th hunger games in place of Clove. She met her cousin Seneca Crane as well as reconnecting with Finnick and meeting her other crush President snow. Her stylist Livia made her the symbol for the Capitol agaisnt the rebellion. Katniss and her faced off in the final two and Seneca messed up announcing two victors he was later executed. Clarissa became a double agent on the side of the Capitol the only other double agent being Finnick Odair together they successfully helped the Capitol win and crush the rebellion they were awarded medals

Adulthood {20-59}
The Capitol now has a dual presidency President Coriolanus snow and President Finnick Odair. Clarissa is the First Lady she is expecting her first child. The rebels were all expected expect for Katniss who is still being tortured and kept alive. The hunger games is back and bigger than ever as punishment for the recent rebellion all districts (expect district two and surprisingly four because they stayed loyal) have to offer
up two male and two female tributes a year for the annual hunger games. Katnisss child to peta when old enough will be forced to be a tribute.
