It didn't take long at all for the word to get around. Many people were confused but they all seemed to be trying to hide their confusion. It was all so unbelievable. Me dating someone like Cody, I couldn't ever see it. I hated Cody. I mean, I hate him. There's just something about him, something I just can't keep away from. My friends were happy for me, but they were just as confused as everybody else. They've seen me be a bxtch to Cody, they've heard me complain about how much I can't stand him, and now suddenly they see me melting to something as simple as the sound of his voice.
