"No" I replied and surprisingly my voice was louder than I thought it was.

He gave me glare and continued to move down the aisle towards the back of the class but I didn't miss what he said. I shook my head telling myself that I must have imagined it.

The rest of the lesson was a blur. The bell rang signalling the end of the lesson and I practically ran out of the class bumping yet again into someone.

It was a girl who totally looked like one of those queen bees. Her hair fell like silk to the top of her waist. Having tanned skin and a slender build made her seem like a model and she looked like she has just stepped out of a runway.

"I'm Katherine you must be new" she said, her voice was warm and comforting.

I paused for a second not knowing what to say.

"I'm Deborah" I said smiling.

She smiled back and waved bye walking gracefully down the hallway.

"So the new girl makes friends pretty quickly doesn't she?" someone had spoken out behind me.

All of a sudden in front of me stood a girl with a wild mane of black hair and unsettling light brown eyes. Her long fingers reached out to my chin and I jerked backwards.

"You stay out of my way or I promise you I will make your life a misery "She smiled sweeetly at me turning away. I stood frozen recounting the events of the mourning trying to figure out what I had said or done to make a random stranger hate me already.

I shrugged and looked at my time table. Chemistry next great!! Not.

I sighed in exhaustion and made my way to my next class.

I finally found the right room after what seemed hours. I sat alone in the far corner away from the prying eyes. Chemistry seemed okay and by okay I mean at least I understood most things.

"Hey.New girl come and sit next to me" a boy called out sitting opposite me, he had jet black hair and dark brown eyes, giving him a glare I turned back around doodling in my notebook, instead of taking the hint he stood up and sat next to me.

"My name is Jonas" he muttered into my ear "Ignore Titania she's just jealous of you"

I must of looked confused because he leaned in closer and whispered

"You know the girl who spoke to you in the corridor don't take notice of her"

"Oh okay" I replied giving him a small smile.

"See you around"? He asked

"Erm sure" I muttered

With that he stood up and made his way back to his seat instead of leaping with happiness as it finally seemed I made a friend I felt alone and my heart ached to be back home. Who said things could not get any weirder? When the bell rung for the end of the lesson I saw the Titania with her group of friends chanting  in the hallway. Turns out I was not the only one who was watching them, the boy that I saw in my first class was eyeing them, he was studying them with bright curios blue eyes. He caught my eye and for a second I thought I saw him smile.
