I have a weird feeling about the concert tonight. I don't know why i just do.
"Jack do you have a weird feeling about this?"
"About what this concert?"
"Yeah like a feeling that something is gonna be different?"
"Nah it's probably just the nerves forget about it
Jeez Jack thanks for sharing your wisdom. I decide to ignore the feeling though and I jump on stage and say "What's up Toronto!!" And then all the girls scream. I like looking at everyone when I'm on stage before starting. They are all girls.
I see one girl with the Calpurnia logo drawn on her face, I see two girls holding up a sign that says 'we love u Finn!', I see a girl wearing ALL of our Calpurnia merchandise. None of these girls are actually looking at me though. Well they are but only through the screen of their phones which is NOT the same thing. But then I see this girl who immediately catches my eye. She's next to the girl wearing ALL the merchandise. She's the only girl not screaming. She's the only one not looking at me through the screen of her phone. She's the only one looking right at me almost as if she was amazing me which is exactly what I was doing with her. She smiles at me and I smile back and it was like we shared this moment that no one else was aware of.
