Sleepwalk | Richie Tozier

Part 37

The losers were chilling at Richie's favorite spot which is where he usually skate. Richie, Olivia and Stan were skating whilst Bill, Beverly and Eddie just sat on the bench, smoking, not Eddie of course. It's Stan's first time skating so Olivia thought that she could teach him.

"No, like this, see?" Olivia said as he showed Stan a trick

Richie is a bit sad and jealous cause she's been paying attention to Stan for the past few hours. What made him even more jealous is that when Stan grabbed her arm to stable himself on the board. Richie then joined Bill and Bev smoking

"Dude, is s-something wrong ?" Bill asked at the disappointed richie

"What ? Nothing's wrong" He replied

"You look like you just hit your balls on the board" Beverly giggled

"Shut the fuck up"

Richie lit up the cigarettes and placed it between his lips, looking at his girlfriend goofing around with his best friend. He's never felt this kind of jealousy but with Olivia it's just- too much for him. There's something with her that made him love her so much. Then Stan and Olivia went to them, taking a rest.

"Guys i heard there will be a funfair near here tomorrow" Stanley said

"So we're going then?" Beverly asked

"Yeah if you guys are up"

"Im cool with it" Olivia said

They decided to go with Richie since he has a car but it doesn't fit all of them so they played rock, paper scissors and whoever lose has to go with their bike. Sadly, Stanley lose. Olivia wanted to go with him cause he's alone but Richie didn't let her.
They finally arrived at the funfair. There were a lot of people.

"Im with B-Beverly so see you g-guys later" Bill said, leaving the other

"Well then im always with you" Richie winked, wrapping his arm around Olivia's shoulder

"Okay im just gonna be somewhere, bye" Eddie said awkwardly and left

"We're not letting Stan alone. Come on" Olivia said, reaching her hand out to Stan

Richie rolled his eyes and just go with it. He knew he is his best friend but he's like distracting Olivia from him.
They walked to the shooting balloon game.

"You wanna play this?" Olivia asked to Richie

"Yeah, sure" He replied

"Guys im gonna buy some snacks, okay?" Stanley said before leaving them

Both of them started to play the game. They shoot and shoot until the balloons pop. Few minutes later, Richie's balloon popped so he's the winner.

"You win!" Olivia said then hugged him happily

They pulled away and just looked at each other. He looked deeply into her eyes and asked,

"Do you love me?"

"What? I lo-" She got interrupted

"Woo! Look what i bought" Stanley came with foods in his his hand

"Oh my god this is a lot, Stan" She said, taking some of the foods from his hand

"Wow that looks fun" Stan said as his attention went to the ferris wheel

"Oh yeah, let's try that" Olivia said and went to the ferris wheel with Stanley. Richie just followed them

They arrived there and the worker said only two person per seat. Stanley wanted it, Olivia wanted it so Richie had to left. He was like just go on.

They're now in the seat, waiting for the wheel to spin. Stanley gripped the bar tightly until his knuckles turned white cause he's a bit scared. She calm him down and placed her hand on his. All of a sudden, they stopped at the top of the wheel.

"Why are we stopping?" Stan asked

"It's always like this. They're waiting for another customer" She replied

"Via?"

"Yeah?"

"This is going to be weird but are you happy with Richie?"

"What? Of course. Why?"

"Oh it's just- what do you think if someone has a crush on you when you're in a relationship?"

"Well.. i think.. im fine with it cause you know, eventhough i dont like them back, i can still be friends with them. Hold up why are you even asking me these questions?"

Stanley was completely froze as he looked at her. He has nothing to say but he has this sudden urge to kiss her lips, plus, they're alone together. Then he leaned in and softly presses his lips against hers. She was shocked and tried to pulled away but she melted into it. She kissed him back without even realizing that they're going down. That's when she knew she fucked up.
