Part 5- The Skeleton Chef

Hilda finds Papyrus in front of a decorated house.

PAPYRUS- SO YOU CAME BACK TO HAVE A DATE WITH ME!

Hilda- Yes, yes I did!

P- YOU MUST BE REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS...

H- I'm technically not old enough to actually date, but-

P- I'LL HAVE TO TAKE YOU SOMEPLACE REALLY SPECIAL... A PLACE I LIKE TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME!!!

H- Oh. Well, let's go there then!

P- YES! LET'S GO!!!

Papyrus lead Hilda to the other end of town. Then they turn around and head back the other way, stopping in front of the house.

P- MY HOUSE!!!

Papyrus runs in and Hilda follows after. Inside the house is a comfortable living room with a second level.

P- WELCOME TO SCENIC MY HOUSE! ENJOY AND TAKE YOUR TIME!!!

H- Thanks!

Hilda looks around. She notices a rock on a side table that is covered in sprinkles.

H- What's this?

P- THIS IS MY BROTHER'S PET ROCK. HE ALWAYS FORGETS TO FEED IT. AS USUAL, I HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

Hilda decides to move on from the strange sight and enters the kitchen, Papyrus following. The first thing she notices is the extremely tall sink.

H- Woah! Why is your sink so high?!

P- IMPRESSED? I INCREASED THE HEIGHT OF MY SINK. NOW I CAN FIT MORE BONES UNDER IT! TAKE A LOOKSY!

Hilda opens the cupboard to find a dog chewing on a bone.

P- WHAT!?!? CATCH THAT MEDDLING CANINE!

Hilda tries to stop it but it runs out too fast.

P- CURSES!!!

*Wa-Wa-Wa*

Sans pops out of his room from the top floor to play some notes on a trombone.

P- SANS! STOP PLAGUING MY LIFE WITH INCIDENTAL MUSIC!!!

H- Uh, maybe we should move on.

P- *SIGH* YES! TO MY ROOM! IF YOU'VE FINISHED LOOKING AROUND... WE COULD GO IN AND... DO WHATEVER PEOPLE DO WHEN THEY DATE???

Hilda follows Papyrus to the stairs, but stops next to a sock that has a series of sticky notes attached to it.

SANS! PLEASE PICK UP YOUR SOCK!

ok.

DON'T PUT IT BACK DOWN! MOVE IT!

ok.

YOU MOVED IT TWO INCHES! MOVE IT TO YOUR ROOM!

ok.

AND DON'T BRING IT BACK!

ok.

IT'S STILL HERE!

didn't you just say not to bring it back to my room?

FORGET IT!

Hilda catches up with Papyrus on the second floor and the two of them enter his room.

The interior has a large carpet on the floor with a fire pattern on the edges. Hilda looks at a box full of bones.

P- HEY, THOSE ARE ALL THE ATTACKS I USED ON YOU. GREAT MEMORIES, HUH? SEEMS LIKE IT WAS ONLY YESTERDAY... EVEN THOUGH IT BASICALLY JUST HAPPENED.
