16. 𝙿𝚛𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚎

" come on boys!! Go! Go! Go! " the coach yelled from across the gymnasium as he watched the boys running around trying to hit the ball.

In all honesty Taehyung hated being there, he loved the sport with so much passion but once he joined the team at his new school it's like he wants nothing to do with the sport. " Tae! Hit the ball!! " one of his team members yelled.

He ran and jumped up successfully hitting the ball above the net. His coach blew the whistle indicating they had a fifteen minute break to do whatever. Some boys went to the bathroom, while others went to the cafeteria going to fetch water or something to eat.

Taehyung ran out the gymnasium as he was met with his boyfriend. " you did great especially in that last hit! " Jungkook complimented him.

" thanks, oh god my arms hurt. " Taehyung winced a bit in pain as Jungkook lightly squeezed his left arm. " ow don't do that you asshole " he pouted. Jungkook kissed his lips, " I'm sorry. Did that fix anything? " he asked. Tae shook his head no. " give me another one " he smiled.

Jungkook kissed him again. " is that better? " Taehyung nodded. " ah ah ah don't hug me I'm sweaty! " Taehyung pushed Jungkook away as he tried to hug him. " I don't care, come here. " he smiled as he grabbed Tae wrapping his arms around his waist.

It's now been two months since they started dating, and so far they had no fights and are happy.

It's been a week since the incident with Taehyung's uncle happened and he hasn't told Jungkook anything. Yoongi hasn't told Jimin either. They stayed in each other's arms for a few more minutes before Taehyung pulled away.

" I think I should get going before- "

" KIM TAEHYUNG GET IN THE GOD DAMN GYM NOW!!! THE PRACTICE GAME IS STARTING " Taehyung flinched. It was his coach, " I'm coming! Can you wait for me Jungkook I just need one more game and then I'm done for the day. " he asked.

Jungkook nodded. " of course baby I'll wait. "

" thanks kookie " Taehyung quickly pecked his lips as he ran back to the gymnasium.

" alright boys that was a good practice see you tomorrow!!" the coach yelled, the boys groaned as they all headed for the boys locker room.

" Kim you did great! " a voice was heard from behind. Taehyung turned around to see woojin running towards him. " thanks! How's your wrist " Taehyung asked taking a glance at his wrist.

" it's still recovering but the coach only let me skip two practices. But it kind of hurts so that's why I'm playing with my left hand which is a bit uncomfortable. "

" ah, well I hope you recover soon! "

" thank you! Alright we'll see you around Taehyung " woojin waved goodbye at him.

Taehyung waved back.

" Jungkook? " Taehyung looked around. " I'm right here! " Taehyung looked to his left to find Jungkook already standing near the exist. " ah, let me help you. " Jungkook walked towards him taking his gym bag from him. " kookie I'm fine. "

" you're already carrying your backpack, plus holding a gym bag. And didn't you say your arms hurt? " he asked as they walked towards Jungkook's car.

" I don't deserve you kooks " Taehyung stated. " no I don't deserve you Tae, your everything I ever wanted and I still can't believe that I got you " Jungkook blushed.

" aish you're so cheesy. " Taehyung laughed. " and I love it " he added on buckling in his seat belt.

They drove in silence, not an awkward one, but more like a peaceful one. Halfway through the ride Jungkook took one hand off the wheel and grabbed Taehyung's hand interlocking hands with him.

Taehyung glanced at him. They both softly smiled at each other, holding each other's  hands tighter.

" well we're here. " Jungkook took a small glance at Taehyung who was staring straight ahead. " what's wrong Tae? " he asked as he sat up a bit straighter. " well there's a random car in my driveway and my moms car is here. " he said a bit of panic in his voice.

His mom wasn't supposed to come out until 10:00 and it was currently 5:57. " wait can you come in with me? " Taehyung unbuckled his belt. Jungkook nodded as he also stepped out of the car.

Both boys entered the house to be met with dead silence which panicked Tae more. He stepped into the dining room and that's when he saw a person.

A person he never wanted to see again, his breath hitched. He felt Jungkook's hand on his shoulder.

" dad? "

After ten years I saw my dad in my dining room.

So, the next chapter won't be that intense but It's definitely not that light hearted.
