"Sweetie, you don't have to go back to school today. Maybe you should spend another day at home," Jhene's mom was the first one to rant about the importance of education and how you couldn't get anywhere in life without a degree to your name but considering the death of her son, school really wasn't the place for her daughter. And she just wanted to wrap her daughter up in her arms and cherish her because she was the only child left that she still had a good relationship with.

"No, I'm so close to graduation. I'm fine and if not, I'll leave early and come back. Can you take Namiko to school for me?" Jhene asked, zipping up her bag and slinging it over her shoulder. She grabbed her car keys and wiped underneath her eyes so that she wouldn't mess up her make up before breezing past her mother to leave the house.

If she sat around the house all day, she would just cry until she was sick to her stomach and she couldn't do anything. She needed to be moving. She needed to be doing her work at school and socializing with her friends and tumbling in cheer practice because she needed her mind to stay busy. If it didn't, all the hate and the anger and the disappointment and the sadness would fester up and explode inside of her because she was just so pissed off at everything. She was mad at the cancer and mad at the doctors for not being able to cure it and mad at God for not healing him and mad at Miyagi for not fighting it. She was just so mad.

"Ugh!" She banged her fists against the steering wheel and huffed out a few deep breaths before she took off in her car to get to school.

Hot boxing is when you're in a car with a few of your friends, smoking weed or cigarettes with all of the windows and sun roofs closed so that your car literally turned into a hot box. That's what the inside of Trey's car felt like as him and Demi practically attacked each other's bodies. He was parked in the back of the school and he was on top of her on the backseat, kissing her swollen lips and caressing her beautiful curves. Forrest had found out about their escapades and then told April about it so they really weren't allowed to sleep in the same room anymore. Trey was gonna sneak out of his room and sleep with her but he was too afraid of his mother to do that. So this was their only option.

"Has school started yet?" She was wearing a skirt today so Trey just pushed it up to her hips and moved her underwear to the side before he used two of his fingers to plunge into her slick heat.

"The bell hasn't rang," he returned to kissing her lips and began to move his fingers in and out of her at a steady pace as her moans vibrated against his mouth. He picked up his pace and slipped a third finger in and literally watched her eyes roll to the back of her head in pleasure.

"Hmmm," she wasn't a loud person and she was trying to keep from screaming out loud so she bit down on his lips instead as she felt the coil inside of her stomach tighten and then release all over his fingers.

"Oh God," she breathed out as he pulled his fingers out of her and she watched him lick them clean. She crinkled her nose in disgust and sat up, combing her fingers through her hair and attempting to fix herself back up as Trey just leaned back in his seat and sighed in ecstasy.

"Why did we wait so long to do that?" Trey asked with a dreamy smile on her face. Demi rolled her eyes as she cleaned herself up with some spare tissues that she found before climbing to the passenger side and waiting for him to get to the front seat so that they wouldn't be late to school.

"Trey, come on. One more tardy and I get detention," Demi whined so Trey climbed to the front seat but before he started the car and leaned over and kissed her with the last bit of energy that he had.

"I love you baby."

"I love you too," Demi grinned back at him before he started the car and pulled it around to the front of the student parking lot where everyone was pulling in. She opened her door and then opened the door to the backseat, grabbing her perfume and spraying it a few times before popping a piece of gum in her mouth. Trey fixed himself in his jeans and grabbed his backpack before locking the doors and walking with her into school. They didn't touch each other but they were closer than they usually were and had been for a while.

But when they arrived at their locker, Jhene was leaned against it with a faraway look in her eye and Demi couldn't help but to feel bad about what had just happened. She nudged Trey forward and went to open her locker as he attempted to comfort Jhene.

"You shouldn't be here, Jhene. I'm sure your teachers would excuse you from your work if you need another day to deal with things," Trey stroked her arm but she shook her head.

"No, I'm fine," she wrapped her arms around his waist and rested her head on his chest as he hugged her back, but his eyes trailed over to Demi who was trying her hardest not to look at the two of them.

Her brain and her heart were on two completely different frequencies. Her brain was telling her that she shouldn't be so selfish because she had pushed Trey and Jhene to date and it wouldn't be fair for him to break her heart even more just because she finally came to her senses. But her heart was telling her that technically, Trey's was hers first and Jhene shouldn't matter because they were in love and they shouldn't have to hide that. Demi silenced them both and closed her backpack as they pulled apart.

"Hey," Jhene quietly greeted Demi. Jhene still didn't know that Demi knew but that didn't stop her from engulfing her in a hug. She knew the pain of losing a family member, especially someone in your immediate family.

"I'm gonna be late for class," Jhene fixed the straps of her backpack before leaving without a word and Demi felt her smile drop into a frown. Jhene was her friend and no one enjoyed seeing their friends as broken hearted as Jhene seemed.

"Hey, Jhene!" Jhene turned and saw Kae running towards her, slowing down and intertwining their arms like they had been best friends their entire life when they barely talked to each other.

"I need to tell you something about your little boyfriend and his best friend," Kae had a devious smirk on her face and Jhene furrowed her eyebrows but listened to what she had to say anyways.
