As school was about to let out, two boys met in the gym lockers as everyone in class is now waiting to be dismissed for the bell. Not the teacher.

A boy named Eridan, nerdy and sensitive type of guy with a weird fashion of sense that really brings out to everyone's attention. People may think he's gay for his appearance. It's more so inspired by an idol. His hair is black with a purple highlight and freckles almost with a different type of colour then his normal skin type. He always wears glasses and will forever since they are prescriptions.
The second boy in the other hand is shortish, two inches off of Eridan who is pinned and being yelled at the moment. Sollux captor. One of the main bullies that Eridan calls but no one else. It's pretty secretive until now. Revealing and trying to settle an argument with the nervous boy against the cold-touched wall.

"Tell me damnit! Why aren't you doing anything? All those times I tease you and I get nothing out of it!?" Sollux gets closer to his face afterwards and his breath gets shaky for a while. Eridan; scared and speechless.
"S-Sollux..I honestly cannot think right-" "of course you can't! You're always like this and me! On the other fucking hand. I'm trying my damn best to know you so well and hear every specific story from you!" His hand trails to the boy's chin to make Eridan look up at him. "You refuse like a coward you are."

This made Eridan very ticked off at the point and struggled to get Sollux off as he was getting too close to his personal space. "You should stop being so fucking weird!" The boy trips as the nerd actually got the strength to push him off. The short boy fell nearly hitting his head. He groaned as he fell hard not expecting the strength from Eridan.
"I need to stop?! Stop being so gay in your weird ass clothing!" The boy lets out a slight giggle and covers his mouth. "Why are you laughing? Why aren't you crying?..are you gay?""you truly thought I was a homosexual just because of my fashion sense? Well ffuck you sol."
At this point, Sollux has no other words to say but getting up and brushing off the beds on him. But Eridan on the other hand is still on the wall, looking at him cautiously. Was Sollux really playing tricks on a straight man?

Awkwardness is filling in the air and it seems as if Sollux's breathing began to fasten up a bit more than usual. Gladly Eridan didn't notice it yet. "Hey sol, are you alright? I'm sorry if I hurt you..I didn't mean to okay." "Just shut up..and listen to-" the bells rings and it makes the boy jolt, gripping onto his shirt with his back turned towards Eridan.

School just let out a couple minutes ago but they're still in the locker room trying to talk a few more before leaving to walk home.
"So..all this time of you playing tricks on me was actually a way for me to fall in love with you..?" Sollux, still having his face away from him and trying to make eye contact. "Sollux I know this might sound weird but um..and awkward.."clearing his throat, the boy turns around to look up at him and slowly walking a little close to him but carefully. "When we first saw each other, I had a gut feeling in me when I was with feferi and I know it's fucking crazy to saw this but you were in my mind all day on that one stupid day." "And..do you still have those-" "no." The nerd answered quickly but snappy a tiny bit which somewhat aimed towards sollux's heart. "I uh..I was going to say if you still have those feelings for feferi." Eridan rubs the back of his neck and clears his throat again. "Dude, have you not noticed everyday that I'm with her? Hint hint. We've been dating ever since middle school." He sighs and talks again "but yes, obviously I still have feelings for her silly!" He smiles at the boy who seems to have a small blush upon his left cheek.

"But..you know what Eridan. I think it's best for if we just don't see each other constantly." Ampora gives him an confused expression on his face. "You're the one who keeps seeing me everyday. And you keep doing it constantly plus I don't know what's your deal with-" "shut up okay! Sorry that I don't have enough friends damnit!"
He giggles at the flushed boy seating now. "Why are you laughing? That's not fucking funny!!" The door immediately slams open to the coach. It's been 15-20 minutes now after the bell rang.
"You two. Get out of here and go home." The gym coach escorted the boys out with everything they got on them.
"Well that was something, huh?" "Walk with me." Eridan looks at him, "okay are you pissed off at the whole friend thing? I'm sorry okay, everyone has a struggle alright!" "It's not that..I just really want to talk to you plus I liked sharing out this type of shit okay." The shirt boy began to walk in front of him, going to his neighborhood. (They both live in the same neighborhood).
Eridan is by sollux's side, talking up a storm about his magic stories and advice giving to the boy who is carefully listening to him.
He never felt this type of happy before.
But this doesn't happen daily. This never happened to him. Can he keep this up?

Already at sollux's house and right across is Eridan. "If you need anymore advice man, just message me okay?" Sollux stares deeply into space and didn't hear the last part from the tall boy. "Um..okay then? See you next week sol!" He heard his nickname from him and snapped out of his thoughts. Shit I messed up! He sighs and goes into his backpack for his keys and goes up to his front door step then checked to see if anybody is in the parking lot. No one. That means he's free for tonight. Turning his head back to the key hole and placing his house key in before a thunder struck loudly which made him drop his keys. All of sudden, a voice was calling out for you as if they must've realized something was up. Sounds like Eridan coming back but why? Plus did you completely lost your keys? He kept looking for them and went into the bushes next to the steps. "Hey beekeeper! I was wondering if I can-" as Eridan watched his feet on the steps he made, he directly looked up and saw sollux's rear end. He blinks his eyes and rubs them. "Did you say something?" "Yeah um, I was wondering if I can stay over for a bit since y'know my brother is gone unfortunately." Sollux gets back up as he found his keys and looked at Eridan to see he's extremely close surprisingly. "Yeah! I don't care and my brother is gone as well but for the entire weekend instead of whatever yours is doing." The boy nods with a smile and rubs the back of his neck, waiting for him to open the door.
He opens the door and his house is the same as usual. Messy but sollux's room is a bit different from the house itself. "Don't act like you've never been in my house before dumbass." Eridan rolls his eyes and places his stuff down next to the couch. Then he gets a call from feferi. He answers it and talked with her for a while.

Sollux goes to the kitchen stools and sits on them, working on his homework. He can hear their conversation and rolls his eyes upset like then plugs in his EarPods to listen to his playlist and get back to studying. Sollux is the type to understand most of the things and ace the tests/quizzes he gets. Better what his brother can do. But he's still smart no matter what.
