The days feel like hours and hours would feel like seconds.
Today is the day where the Christmas party begins and thankfully Sollux's brother, Mintua is out of the hospital for this time being and good thing the accident wasn't major. Eridan and feferi are just about to leave his house until they see familiar faces at school. Jocks. Why are they going to his party? Feferi is concerned for the fact of it but eridan on the other hand didn't really care for other school mates to be coming. At least Karkat and a few of classmates they know of are there.
The couple goes into the boy's house and sees everyone already interacting and playing on board games while some were outside in the back and front of the house, enjoying the breeze. Feferi knew he didn't want to come along plus with all the noises both of them don't precisely like in general. Eridan and feferi stayed in the living room on a small couch that could have two people on it, eridan stayed close by her side as she rubbed his arm while the boy leaned on her. You would think everything is going fine but wait until the jocks start to ruin things. The jocks sees feferi and smirks as the three goes over to her side, "hello pretty lady~" she looks disappointed as one of them touch her shoulder. "I'm sorry but I'm taken." "Ohh to a weakling who is nothing but a piece of shit!" Another person who is part with the guy comes over to kick eridan in the stomach. Eridan's eyes open wide and groans in pain, "What is wrong with you!?" Feferi gets up and protects eridan as she has him by her side, staying put. "Aw look at that, your lover isn't doing anything!" Some people are watching, being confused but some are concerned and disgusted by this. "You fucking hurt him! P-please leave!" Eridan is holding onto his stomach and feferi cries in fear worried for him and herself. Finally someone comes up to the jocks and taking them outside while another respectful person comes by to punch the leader. "S-sollux!?" Knocking the guy out and dragging him outside with the rest of his crew who are being called on. Never saying a thing back to feferi. After all the crazy things has happened, Cronus goes take care of Eridan while feferi goes to talk to sollux while he's next to Karkat and Dave. "Feferi, what happened with him?" Feferi cries into Karkat's arms as sollux and Dave try to comfort her, "Major assholes began to mess with feferi and eridan as one of them injured his stomach." Dave is surprised by his response and feferi nodding her head as Karkat now gets the idea. This took awhile for feferi to calm down by now, feferi is taking a nap in sollux's room as now eridan to getting up after minutes from recovering and Karkat comes into the room. "Hey dude, are you alright?" Eridan nods his head and touches his stomach, "I didn't need him to save me, I was already fine." "Wait what? You needed help damnit! And um...did he bring up the pictures by any chance?" "Like I really care for that shit..but no." Karkat simply nods and sits next to him until the recovered boy now gets a message from someone. Sollux captor. "We have a problem, he messaged me." "What!? Let me see!"

New message:
Sol: "don't forget you have a girlfriend."
Sol: "also thanks for the pictures I can      
          masturbate tonight."

Karkat is disgusted by the last message, "what the fuck..? You guys are so weird. Plus how does he know about you guys still being together?" "I mean we sent him pictures without contexts so like..what else do you exactly need for that specific question?" Karkat looks away and rubs his own arm acting awkward now until he heard his name get called by the blonde who's coming into the room. Both Karkat and eridan waved goodbye as he sat there waiting for them to completely leave so he could call Feferi. The phone rings and rings, eridan is pestering around the room and waits for her to pick up but once the line got picked up, it was a familiar voice. "Sollux? What the fuck! Why do you have my girlfriend's phone?" "Oh so you are admitting that you're still dating her? You really are dumb." "Sollux what the hell are you trying to get at?" Sollux rolls his eyes and responds in a sassy matter, "listen honey, you really need to stop doing this, okay? What if she finds out and you try to bring up the most stupidest excuses? You're hurting my friend here, Eridan Ampora. And if you hurt her..well y'know the rest then." The recovered boy is done with his acts and starts to get pissy but he gets interrupted, "don't you dare forget, I saved your damn life. You almost killed yourself on that day and if you did then I would blame myself for not letting you date Feferi. I never told her about the real, TRUE person you are and I didn't want to tell her so she wouldn't be scared or worried for you so much in your relationship." Right before of saying another thing to the boy, eridan hangs up and him and never said a word later on.

Getting out of the room, refreshing his mind but the words sollux said are still in his thoughts, roaming around. He never said his goodbyes except for telling his brother that he needs to go get something. Mostly his house. Cronus is worried and concerned as he studied his brothers face, not the same as usual. Eridan walks off and a few people watched him leave, confused but eridan just brushed it off and went towards his house. He's entirely angry and doesn't know what to do, he doesn't know if he should get feferi, he doesn't know if he's thinking straight or not. He's losing it. Completely. Until he felt a tap on his shoulder, turning around to see Sollux just standing there with something that he cannot figure out til this point. "What the fuck are you doing? Go back to your stupid party." "You're scared of helping." Eridan crosses his arms and walks quickly to his foot as he hears little jogs from Sollux by his side, "Eridan listen to me." He ignores him and keeps going and sollux keeps following him. Once at the door steps, he couldn't control it to the fact he now what's the punch the living hell out of this boy. "If we can just stay put and talk for a while then everything would be f-" a hard simply punch directly going on the boy's cheek, making him fall down and back onto the sidewalk. He's not done yet. Racing down towards him, sollux stays on the ground, curled up not wanting to fight back as for now Eridan to beating him up and screaming as if he's confessing his feelings towards him and Sollux listens. "You're right! I am scared of helping others and I'm scared that I'll fuck up every little fucking thing that deserves me! Like you..you fucking teaser!!" Punch, punch, punch, he kept going on and on. "I'm glad you helped me and all but why is it that if you need fucking help with your weird erections!? You're so fucking weird that I cannot stand the fact that you don't care for what I do but while I'm here sitting and waiting on my ass, I care for you and what you do!" Sollux is now blocking himself and holds back his tears from all of the punches he gives, "sollux..please stop ignore m-me!?" Eridan cries out his feelings and his punches get weaker by the time his vision gets hazy. The punching stops and accidentally hits his knuckles hard on the sidewalk, not meaning to but since he's out of his state, he can't seem to control that emotion. The boy on the sidewalk sees this happening and uncovered himself to look at him, sitting up slowly. "E-eridan..it's my fault for not saying anything. I know I needed help; serious help but I'm scared jay like you." Eridan stays silent and breathes heavily. Until out of the blue, the jocks come back to see them on the ground with emotions everywhere. "Oh look who just ran out of their energy!" "Look how gay they are, just confessing their little pathetic hearts out." Eridan stands his ground as sollux looks behind himself and sees the two jocks standing and the other circling around them. "You don't want to be here." "Oh shut up, we're not listening to you!"
How is sollux going to stand his ground if he's already in pain and weak?
