~Hina's POV~
Endeavor seemed like he was getting frustrated while watching the first two rounds of the Sports Festival. He was in a foul mood by the time we were dismissed for lunch. I wasn't sure what was bothering him, his son was doing well. Maybe it had something to do with him only using his mother's ice quirk and not his father's fire quirk. I shrugged and trailed after him to the stairwell.
"Endeavor?" I spoke his name as we reached the stairwell.
He glanced over his shoulder at me, "what is it?"
"Are you sulking?" I asked curiously as I tried to figure out what he was feeling.
His face reddened, "what?! I'm not a child—." He'd started to get angry but calmed himself with a sigh, "I forget you're understanding of emotions is a little off..." he ran a hand through his dark crimson hair. "I'm not sulking. I'm frustrated."
"Is there a big difference?" I tilted my head to the side curiously.
His face reddened and I wasn't sure if it was embarrassment or anger, "I thought you said you had to talk to someone." He was trying to get rid of me so I'd stop pestering him.
"Oh right...I wanted to ask Present Mic about hickeys." I skipped ahead of him, "bye, Endeavor." I waved farewell to him before disappearing on the stairs.
I found Present Mic in one of the underground halls as he was on his way for some lunch. Once he spotted me, he turned to me with a big grin, "Hina-chan!"
I smiled and waved as I made my way toward him.
His gaze immediately fell on the mark on my neck and I noticed his cheeks turn a bright shade of scarlet. "H-hey, H-Hina-chan." He repeated his greeting but he seemed somewhat stiff and robotic.
"Hizashi, do wingmen also give advice and answer dating questions?" I pondered.
His face was radiating heat now. "Y-yep, we d-do. What's up?"
"Are you feeling okay? Your face is really red." I asked worried.
"Totally fine, just exerted a lot of energy commentating and all." He cleared his throat before giving me his full attention. "So, what questions did you have?" He seemed to calm down a little and draped his arm across my shoulders and steered me in the direction of the staff lounge.
"What's a hickey?" I asked him bluntly and grew worried when he let out a strange choking sound and tripped over nothing. I frowned as he dramatically fell to the ground. "Hizashi?" I knelt beside him and poked him in the side to make sure he was still breathing.
"I can't take it." He groaned, "Hina-chan is too pure."
"Maybe I should have asked Mr. Aizawa..." I mumbled softly to myself as I waited for Hizashi to pick himself up off the ground.
"N-No! No need to bother him, I got this." Hizashi slowly picked himself up off the floor and took a moment to collect himself. He coughed uncomfortably and made a show of clearing his throat before taking a deep breath. Though he'd said he could manage it, he looked horribly uncomfortable and seemed to be struggling to put his words together.
I felt bad for putting him in an awkward position, thought I didn't quite understand how I'd done it. "Ah, that's okay, Hizashi, I'll just google it." I said with a smile, "thanks, I need to find Senpai anyway."
