Chapter 11: Him

Levi's POV:
"You know for real that it's him right?" I said to Farlan in a concerned voice. "Yes Levi, for the 5th time, he came to the cafe as we were closing and cleaning up. When we heard the door open we assumed it was a customer who didn't know the opening and closing timings. So isobel walked out to tell the customer to get the fuck out but it was him instead and then he started being aggressive and shit for no reason."
"Shit, the fuck is he always trying to ruin shit for no fucking reason" I reacted the same way every time Farlan told the story. "This is just fucking great. He decides to fuck off for a while and when things seem to be going smooth the bitchass just comes back and jizzes all over everything." I said pissed as hell.
'This better not ruin any relationships' I thought to myself worried but also aggravated.

"Where do you think he went and where he is now?" Isobel asked looking troubled as she asked me and Farlan.
"That shit is unknown i have no fucking clue." I said whilst looking down.
"Levi you should stay with me for a bit, you know, just until the heat dies out a bit."
"If that pussy went to your workplace before he came home to where i could've been...unless he went home and came here after, it means that he doesn't give a shit about you as much as he doesn't give a shit about me. That's a bad idea. I can't even stay with Isobel" i replied back to Farlan knowing that i can't drag them into my shit. Then it hit me.

(~time skip, and back to (y/n's) POV)

•Hey, i need a place to stay, I know this ig very short notice, but you wouldn't mind if i kipped for while?

                             •uhhh, sure? ig it's fine, you'll             have to sleep on the floor though. My address is (whatever the fuck).
                             •what times do you think you'll be over by? and have you eaten?

•Maybe 9pmish and nah
             
                            •Okay cool! we'll order something to eat then.

You threw your phone on your bed and spoke out loud to yourself "THIS MF WANNA COME OVER AFTER EVERYTHING AND IS PRETENDING LIKE NONE IF IT HAPPENED THE FUCK??????? maybe he wants to explain everything......oooooohhhhhhhhhh." you sighed in relief. Then it hit you. 'i just made plans without my parents knowing...how will they react if i have a boy sleeping over? I mean i've had friends round before so i doubt it'd be any different' you thought to yourself deeply. 'okay they both work until late today anyway, hopefully until past 9 pm, i'll just text them that i've got a friend round.'

You decided to order pizza for dinner now, not really bothered if Levi wanted it or not, and in the hopes that it would arrive within good time for when Levi comes. You also took the time to clean around the house just to make it look a little presentable. You focused most of the cleaning in your bedroom. Not trying to have that punk judge you for what you like.

Not long until 9pm, you had finished cleaning, and the pizza arrived, so you decided to just chill and watch a bit of Netflix. Your parents said it was cool to have a friend over, meaning they wouldn't bother you. Soon after, you heard a loud knock on the door and prayed it wasn't your parents. You were hesitant to open the door, quickly thinking of stupid ways you could greet him, if it was Levi. Then you started to pray that it wasn't Levi either. The amount of time taken to think of all of this resulted in another knock on the door. 'fuck it let's just open it' you thought and pulled the door open.

"...Hey, how're you?" you stood in the doorway and tried to establish eye contact with Levi.
"Good and you?" Levi said monotonously and pushed past you softly, touching your shoulder. It gave you tingles down your spine, but you shrugged it off. Levi took his shoes off and left them next to the door. "Let me take your bag upstairs." you said to Levi, taking his bag and taking his shoes too. After placing them in the room, you came downstairs to see Levi looking through your Netflix recommendations. Deciding to break the silence you said "I ordered pizza, if that's cool with you. We can eat it now, it's in the kitchen."
"Sounds cool." Levi said and follows you to the kitchen.

While you were eating, it was too quiet, so you decided it was best to break the silence again, by asking him why he came over. But Levi beat you to it. "Look, i know you're probably wondering why i'm here so let me explain it to you. I live with my uncle, Kenny. Kenny is a sick, twisted, annoying, ugly and a disgusting man. He got me involved in shit that i regret, but that's a story for another time. He likes to disappear and when he comes back he's always in the mood to piss me off and challenge me. He comes back threatening to end my life, and let me tell you, he probably would. He went to the cafe looking for me and threatened Isobel and Farlan. I know it seems like I'm getting you involved in my shit you by coming to your house, but i'm 100% sure Kenny doesn't know you exist, so you're fine." Levi said looking serious the whole time. 'i hope this doesn't change the way that she thinks about me.' Levi thought to himself.
It kind of made you lose your appetite, but you nodded along.
"I see." not really knowing what to say. "I'm kind of glad your safe i guess." you said just to say things. "Thanks." Levi said quietly and took another slice of pizza.

Once the pizza was finished and you both had enough, it was getting quite late. You threw the pizza box in the trash and Levi asked "Where's the bathroom?"
"It's upstairs, i'll show you." You directed him to the bathroom and went into your room. You left the door open to your room open a little. So Levi knew which room to go to. You decided to turn your fairy lights on a light purple setting and kept the actual light off. You took this time to quickly change into your pajamas and took blankets out for Levi. Through this you asked yourself if Levi would tell you why he left you in the ice rink so coldly with no explanation. You heard the bathroom door open and a couple seconds later, heard the door to your room open and a shirtless Levi appeared and softly closed the door.

You immediately looked down from his extremely toned body and carried on sorting his blankets out. 'I'm pretty sure his 6-pack has 6-packs oh my god.' you thought to yourself. Levi was waiting for you to finish by the door. When you finished you didn't look at him at all and stepped into your bed saying "hope you sleep well, good night!" you were certain Levi could obviously see how flustered you had become by this. Levi slowly settled down in his make shift bed and watched you turn your back to him.
Levi slowly got out of his bed and leant on your bed with his arms. You felt your bed dip a little from where he was. You immediately widened your eyes.
"hey, i know you're probably wondering why i left you like that at the ice rink...It was just that i was so pissed to hear that kenny had come back and when i found out that he went to farlan and isobel, i HAD to check if they were okay, i had no time to explain and i just instinctively left. sorry." Throughout this, you could hear Levi slowly inch closer to you. He kissed the side of your head, which made your mouth drop. Levi slowly moved back to the little bed you made for him gently smiling. "Goodnight (y/n)." you heard him say softly.

This was the first time you had ever seen him act so subtle and delicate. What did this mean? Great, another sleepless night.
