It was Taehyung's final day of babysitting.

Jimin was basically chanting his boyfriend's name and he couldn't wait for him to come back and to be engulf close to his chest in a warm hug. Of course, this meant that Taehyung's task of taking care of him was much more difficult today because the little couldn't seem to stop fidgeting, always glancing at the front door as if Yoongi would appear at any moment.

Honestly, Taehyung was glad that Yoongi came back this evening as he recalled last night's events.

Taehyung's hazy mind vaguely register the fact that he was being awoken by someone shaking him, a part of him still entranced by sleep. However, his thoughts became clear when he saw Jimin's face on top of him, his cheeks covered with fresh tears.

He rubbed his fists on his eyes to chase the sleepiness away and sat up in his bed, blinking multiple times to adjust to his surroundings.

When he saw that Taehyung was finally awake, Jimin immediately circled his friend's neck with his arms and buried his face in the crook of it. Taehyung's eyes showed concern as he extended his arm to light the lamp beside his bed before hugging the little's small form.

He whispered sweet nothings into his ear as he rubbed his back gently, rocking them back and forth. Ugly sobs continued to come from Jimin's mouth, recalling what he had seen in his nightmare.

"Oh my sweet Jiminie, did you have a bad dream?" The latter whimpered, nodding his head against Taehyung's neck.

"Do you want to tell me about it?" Jimin detached himself slightly, almost wheezing as he tried to speak out. Taehyung was quick to calm him down.

"Hush baby, take your time." His large hand continued to move up and down Jimin's back, waiting patiently for him to talk.

"D-daddy," a couple of sobs escaped his lips before he was finally able to continue, "Da-daddy said he d-didn't lwove me n-no more!"

Hearing his best friend sound so heartbroken almost made Taehyung cry too. Instead, the younger continued to comfort him, assuring him that his daddy loved him more than anything in the whole world. It took at least half an hour before the tears had finally stop flowing.

Tired from his crying episode, Jimin fell asleep in Taehyung's arms. The latter followed suit shortly after, his eyes fluttering shut after one last look at his friend.

It was no secret that Jimin was an insecure person, and even tho he knew Yoongi loved him with all his heart, sometimes he couldn't help but think his hyung would leave him for someone better.

Fortunately, over the years, Yoongi had showered the boy with love, constantly reminding him how much he meant to him and Jimin had grown more confident. Taehyung was glad that Jimin found such an amazing person.

Since it was also a Saturday, this meant that Jungkook didn't go to university. Even though it was the weekend, the younger still had to work later in the day at the small cafe down the street.

This didn't stop Jungkook from studying and completing his assignments for next week. He grabbed his glasses sitting on top of his working desk and cracked his knuckles before starting to run his fingers on the keyboard. He made sure to put his headphones on so he could drown out the sound of Jimin and Taehyung playing in the living room.

Two hours later, Jimin, who had been watching TV for a while now, was getting quite bored. Taehyung was completing some design in his bedroom and had told the little to come get him if he wanted anything. But Jimin had other plans.

Jimin turned to look down the hallway, where he saw a door slightly opened, almost begging him to enter the room. And so, being the curious little bean he was, he did.

As quietly as he could, Jimin got off the couch and walked on his tippy toes towards the door as he tried his best to move silently. Finally, he finally entered the small space, only illuminated by a small lamp standing on the opposite side of the room, on a wooden desk.

A window showed the rain falling down the sky, situated just above the desk. A soft plushie, which appeared to be a bear, sat on the window ledge and had caught Jimin's attention.

The pink haired little quickly approached the stuffed animal, admiring it with wide eyes. He hovered above the desk and was able to grab the soft looking thing. He hugged the bear closed to his chest.

"Jiminie has found new friend." He whispered softly, kissing the top of the plushie's head. But a sharp voice interrupted the moment.

"What are you doing in my room?!" Jungkook looked at Jimin with an angered expression. He had came back from the bathroom. His gaze fell down upon the stuffed bear, and the younger went livid.

"Give it back!" He exclaimed and took large strides towards Jimin before he snatched the bear from his grasp. After the little comprehended what happened, fat tears began to roll down his rosy cheeks.

"M-mine!" He sobbed and tried to take the plushie back. Before he could register what he did, Jungkook pushed Jimin, who ended up falling onto the ground. It was as if the world around them was holding their breath.

Jimin broke out into loud sobs, crying for Taehyung to come. Not knowing what to do, Jungkook sat down on his bed and hugged the bear, his eyes wide as he bit his nails nervously.

In a matter of seconds, Taehyung burst into the room in panic. At first, he saw Jimin on the ground crying his heart out and immediately looked around for the cause of his distress. His eyes landed on Jungkook, who met his furious gaze.

Taehyung walked up to him and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt, making Jungkook whimper.

"It's your fault, isn't it?!" Jungkook stayed silent as his stare went from Taehyung to Jimin, who was clutching his elbow in pain.

"What did you do, huh?!" His eyes went back to Taehyung, but he was frozen into place.

"I-I", Taehyung scoffed when he saw he couldn't speak up. He let go of Jungkook, making him fall back on the bed, the younger still clutching the teddy bear in his shaking hands.

"Don't ever come near him again!" Taehyung had grabbed Jimin in his arms and threw one last glance at his roommate before he slammed the door shut.

A single tear rolled down from Jungkook's eye, and he buried his face into the soft fabric of his plushie, feeling more lonely than ever.

A pretty sad chapter, isn't it? I'm sorry if the end seems rushed, because I wanted to post this part today. Anyway, be sure to vote or comment ;)
