"Well let me ask properly this time. Would you, Demi, like to go on a date with me to lunch or dinner? Your choice."

Demi: "I would love to go on a date with you, Rome."

Rome's POV

"Really?" To tell you I was shocked is an understatement.

Demi: "Yes really, I like you Rome, quite a bit actually."

"Wow," I wonder what my face looks like right now, I probably look like an actual fool right now.

I just stood there for at least half a minute with my mouth agape.

Demi: "I'm guessing you don't like me back," as she said that her face instantly dropped from that beautiful, hypnotizing smile of hers to a frown and she dropped her head down in defeat, like a little kid who just got told they can't get a lollipop.

I slowly walked over to where she was standing and put my finger under her chin so that I could raise her head so she was looking at me.

"Demi, that's not it at all. I like you too very much so, I was just shocked and was trying to comprehend the words you had just told me. So how about that date?"

Once I said that her beautiful smile came back and we started to talk about where we could go until she had to actually leave because she had interviews the rest of the day and I had more clients to work with.

Me: Ahhaha yeah so which would you prefer? Lunch or dinner? Maybe both?

Demetria💙: HAHA I would be perfectly fine with both.😋

Me: sooo... linner?? Ahahaha -I'm just gonna be quiet now...😐

Demetria💙: Awww noooo I don't want you to be quiet tho... I like it when you talk- or well in this case text?🧐oh well you get my point😂

Me: FaceTime??

Demetria💙: Definitely!!!!!!☺️☺️

Sofia's POV

Today at work has been horrible, first, the coffee machine stopped working but as soon as I got it back to running again coffee sprayed all over me.

Luckily I keep an extra set of clothes in the back locker rooms.

After I was changed I went back out to the front only to be called back to my managers' office.

I ended up getting fired today, but was able to finish out the day instead of being sent home right away.

Right now I'm laying in my bed just thinking about how shitty my life has been, aside from my son.

'God my life wouldn't be this shitty if I had never broken up with Rome. She'd probably be an amazing mother to Cristiano,' I think to myself.

'I doubt she'd even want to be a mom, I mean she was only 19 when I got pregnant. Who wants to be a fucking parent at the age of 19? I sure as hell didn't but I stuck to it. I know what it's like to be in the system, I definitely didn't want my kid to go through that. But I chose to let her go because I knew she wouldn't have wanted to be a parent, at least not at that age.'

I continued to think to myself about how much I missed, Rome; how shitty my life has been, how brilliant my son is, and so on until I eventually fell asleep.

Here I am laying in bed at twelve in the morning on FaceTime with Demetria, going over our dinner plans for this Friday.

Yes after very hard -basically just going back and forth until I finally gave in and let her pick dinner- decision making about whether or not we're going for lunch or dinner, "we" finally chose on dinner.

"So Ms. Lovato, where would you like to eat at?"

Demi: "I don't know to be honest, I'm perfectly fine with anywhere actually. Where would you like to eat Ms. Ferrari?"

"How about, Nobu? Throughout all four years of me living here I haven't been there yet."

Demi: "Wait seriously!?" She asked sounding very dumbfounded, "You've never been to Nobu?"

"Yes seriously," I said while startling to laugh, "I've never been there. But I do hear that it's delicious."

Demi: "Oh yeah! They're delicious alright."

I started to laugh at how adorable she was.

"Alright so, Nobu it is I'll pick you up at seven-thirty p.m.?"

Demi: "Yeah that sounds good to me."

"Also Ms. Lovato, I would love to take you out to a movie if you're up to it?"

Demi: 'That sounds wonderful actually, do i just bring a change of clothes for after dinner?'

"That'll be perfect, beautiful." I was grinning so hard right now. Not only will I, Rome Ferrari, be taking her out to dinner, I will also get to take her out for a movie afterward.

She blushed so hard when i called her 'beautiful' and her little giggle that she does, gosh it's so adorable!

"Alright, since we have that all figured out and I know you have a long busy day tomorrow- well now today, I'm gonna let you go and let you get some sleep."

Demi: "uhhh alright, goodnight cutie!" She said while smile adorably with that smile of hers.

"I'll talk to you later, goodnight angel."

With that I hung up, because I knew if I didn't we would've sat that and continued to talk for Lord knows how long, but I know she has to get up early so I'm making sure she gets extra beauty sleep.
