Chapter: 2

She walked up to me and held her hand out.

Demi: "Hi, I'm Demi!"

Rome's POV

"Hi, I'm Rome. It's lovely to meet you, Ms. Lovato!"

Demi: "Please just call me, Demi. It's really nice to meet you too,"
she spoke with the most beautiful smile on her face.

"These two ladies are Lauren and Kelsey. Scooter should be here any minute now."

"Hello,"
Lauren and Kelsey spoke with a little wave.

"Hello, it's lovely to meet you both. While we wait for Scooter to get here do you want to talk about work or get to know each other?"

Demi: "Yeah, I could definitely use some new friends."

Kelsey: "Friend sure,"
She said with a small smirk on her face.

Demi: "Kels, will you shut up for once?"

Kelsey: "Just staying the obvious here," as she got toward the end of the sentence she talked in more of a whisper, with an eye roll at the end.

"Can I get you, lovely ladies, anything to drink, or snack on?"

Demi: "Can I get a Zico coconut water, please? With a slice or two of watermelon? If that's fine."

"Yeah, of course, it is, what about you two beauties?"

Kelsey: "Is Starbucks okay?"

"Starbucks is perfectly fine, what can I get you?"

Kelsey: "Strawberry Frappuccino please,"

Lauren: "I'll just take normal water, please and thank you."

"Anything else ladies?"

They all shook their heads so I called my assistant, Camila to get what they wanted which didn't take more than five minutes.

"Here you go, ladies, if you would like anything else don't hesitate to just ask."

They all said 'thank you' in unison.

~~~Twenty Minutes Later~~~

After talking with each other and getting to know the girls better there was a knock on the door and, Scooter walked in.

Scooter: "Hello ladies, sorry I'm late I got suck in a meeting."

Demi: "It's all good, we were just talking about the song and learning about each other."

Over the next three and a half hours we went over how we wanted the song to go, the rhythm, tempo, all the basics that we needed to get done.

"Alright, well I think we can call it a day. It was lovely meeting you Demi, Kelsey, Lauren, and seeing you again Scooter. Don't be a stranger."

We all said our goodbyes.

I stayed an extra hour almost two, to go over everything a third time.

I waited for Alessia to get done in a different studio she was working in.

We headed home so that my sister could get ready for soccer practice, and so that I could go to the gym.
