It was Friday 27th of September when I sent an email to wattpad regarding the situation and guess what I got in return? NOTHING. Usually if you were to send an email to wattpad they'd most likely respond to you within a range of a few hours to a day. I know because I've sent numorous emails to them. So I went online to wattpad community and see if anyone's tried to report to wattpad about the latest update. And to my surprise there were. Many many users have reported this to wattpad but all they did was turn a blind eye on them. Not one has answered any of us about this situation, they've only sent robot answers to us.

Wattpad Community is an online wattpad website where it connects all users to talk, discuss or even share stories with each other. Let me honest here, this is probably one good thing of wattpad I can see right now. And according to my research, 90% of non-premium users are 'unsatisfied' with the changes. The remaining 10% would be the premium users (even though I didn't see any premium users there) and the users who had no opinion on it.

The next thing I did was "activate a virtual helper" from wattpad and what it basically is is a bot that acts as your helper. So you send messages to it online on that website, and it responds within seconds. They ask what your issue is and gives you choices on what your situation is about so they could try and "help" you. They will most likely also ask for your email too so one of the developers could contact you.
