So if you guys remember reading about how wattpad plans on keeping record about my account information, I've sent another email to them asking about this for further knowledge of what they'll do to it. So I've just sent the email through virtual helper on wattpad:

And I'll be expecting a reply soon. Among the answers I'm about to get, I'm also going to rant on how "Briana" decided to close my ticket without asking if I'm done yet. Because usually this is what they do, once they think you've finished talking to them they'll ask you if you're done with whatever you're talking about and ask if they could close the ticket. "Briana" sure didn't do none of that. In my opinion this act was very unprofessional, if she couldn't answer the questions I had in store for her then she should've just said so. Gosh, how unprofessional.
