The damp walls of the cave revealed nothing. No chance of escape, no hope. A lone Sandwing lay stranded on the floor, chains on his wrists and ankles, wings and tail. His head lay on the cold ground, eyes almost seeming lifeless. His scales had pale from their usual yellow to a pale, eerie peach-white. His glazed green eyes dulled. Time had passed, he didn't know how much. He knew why he was imprisoned here. Information. That he was forbidden to know. He raised his head for the first time in centuries, as the entrance boulder shifted. HIs eyes lightened as the first dragon he would ever want to see came in. Her beautiful eyes almost made him cry. She came back. With a gasp, the dragon ran over to him, embracing his frail neck. "Ombarian! I missed you so much!" She cried, tears strolling down her cheeks. Ombarian, the Sandwing, returned the hug, as much as his feeble limbs could move.

The dragon who greeted him appeared to be a Rainwing, sleek ever-changing scales glowing in the dim light of the cave. Her eyes were a bright amber, with the same curiosity he had seen in them when she left. "Ambrosia. I missed you too." He wrapped a wing around her gently, wiping her tars away. "Did you find it?" He asked, taking Ambrosia's talons in his own. She nodded joyfully, pulling out a map from her bag. She unrolled it before them both, showing him different parts of a strange shape, divided into four sections somehow. He smiled, for the first time in years. "You have to tell someone Ambrosia. This cant be kept secret." He rolled it up, and cautiously handed it back to her, so as to not rip the delicate material. She shook her head. "No. no one can know about Pithaka. Its our little secret." She hugged him again, holding up the chain that were attached to metal bracelets on his wrists. "Ombarian! We should get these off..." She began to lean towards the chains, then spat venom on it. She watched the bracelets melt away, leaving room for him to slip his talons through.

He held up his talons, in sheer amazement. She did the same to the rest of his chains.

"Ambrosia, I'm free!" He exclaimed, heaving himself up on his frail legs, spreading his wings. "Thank you!" He said, joy flooding through him. All those years, all that punishment, was over. He could finally go and feel the sand and dirt under his talons, the longing of other dragons by his side. He immediately ran outside, stretching his wings to soar through the air. Ambrosia followed him out, with the same excitement.

He let out a thrill shriek, feeling the wind in his face once again. She followed him, dancing in the sky. He landed in a tree, sniffing the various fruits around him. He gazed back at Ambrosia. "What have you done all these years?" he asked. He was curious. All these years they had been apart. "Well, I explored to Pithaka, and I found something, you might want to hear." He froze. "Don't tell me it's a..." She nodded. "A prophecy." The silence lasted between them before Ambrosia spoke up.

"A dragonet born of three,

Shall cause all the tribes to flee,

With nightmares of a land beyond

With power those will be fond.

Find the dragonet with ice white scales,

Who succeeds then afterward fails.

The dragonet whos scared of theirs,

Picks one of three heirs.

And last, the dragonet of lucent green,

Can tell you the things unseen

Find these four,

Before the talons of spirit make the continents sore."

She looked up at him, eyes wide. Her scales turned to a deep greenish white. He wrapped one wing around her. "Then we find them. Bring peace. Do something important for once." He nudged her, watching that beautiful smile she had spread across her face. Ambrosia lifted off. "Lets go home for now, you need rest." She said, holding her talons out. He grabbed them, and lifted off after her, dancing their way to freedom in the night sky.
